The cpl got the 2 they wanted & killed (I myself am ProChoice but I used the word “killed” here bc they purposefully & knowingly sought out the surrogacy & pregnancy then got rid of the ones they no longer needed) the others.. I am the mother of a set of boy and girl twins and anyone who can separate twins is cruel and uncaring. When my twins were babies they cried for each other. They couldn't sleep if they weren't laying close together. Even when they were toddlers one would get out of their bed and get in bed with the other one. They had the same groups of friends and similar activities all the way through high school. One of them moved to a different state when they turned 18. They're 21 now and are planning to be roommates soon because they miss each other. They have separate lives and interests now but they have a bond between them that can't be broken.

    This case is very similar to the case the movie A Child Too Many was based on. Except it happened in the USA. The surrogate also found out she was carrying twins, the couple she was a surrogate for already had 3 sons. After intially telling her they would accept any child conceived, after finding out they were twins,they told her if the babies were girls they'd take them both, if one was a girl & the other a boy they would only take the girl, if they were boys they wouldn't take either. The babies were a boy and a girl. They tried to talk them into taking both, but the couple only took the girl and left the boy with an adoption agency. Surrogate & her husband went and took the boy back & then took the couple to court to gain custody of his twin sister and were successful. Surrogate's name was Patti Nowakowski.

It also shows the doctor of the IVF clinic in New Delhi. This is exactly the same child and case you are seeking for. I can only question the doctor at this moment of time. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO BE LEFT UNQUESTIONED ABOUT THIS? I learned from that video that another surrogaate mother from this same couple( Australian, perhaps kept a secret in that video) had conceived 4 embryos and hence those were aborted. With all this intervention in conceiving children, you would think the technology would exist to prevent unwanted twin births. Especially unwanted fraternal twinning, as that requires two separate eggs.

    I think surrogacy is ok if the surrogate consents and wants to do it because some women can't have babies and that's sad. I don't think it's ok if it exploits the kid or the surrogate keeps the baby after signing the forms

    Those people were horable being so far away they had twins , never bonding or caring to even see them, they picked their daughter without seeing her. They separated twins, this even when they are babies have a bond. Both my parents were twins, my mom sister died when they were 20 mos. Old, she named my sister after, she has always talked about her and her lost. They were mirror twins. My Dad was an identical twin, his twin past when they were 78. My Dad died at 87. He suffered loosening him. I have watched programs of twins separated at birth, getting back together as teens or adults. A horable thing to do. And these being natural parents.

    Everyone should have a right to have a child. The surrogacy industry must have organized in a proper way. Surrogate mothers should suffer or feel any inconveniences. And of course they must have medical control and special medical indications that let a woman to be a surrogate mother. When I suffered infertility the unique option for me was surrogacy. I did surrogacy in Ukraine, and I did not regret at all. We had a wonderful surrogate mother. Our surrogate mother was under medical control and lived in good conditions. She also signed a contract with us and was aware about everything. I am sure it is better not to take a risk and do surrogacy in Ukraine or maybe other country but not in Thailand or India, where surrogate mothers live in horrible conditions.

    Well, there are many issues with Indian surrogacy industry. I really didn't consider it for my sister at first. I'm preferring going to Kiev, Ukraine for it. My sister is considering surrogacy, she had India on her list. But, now we have moved forward due to lack of standards and other issues in India. I've heard on NEWS. I think people should try clinics in Europe or USA.

  • @calilahwoods763
    @calilahwoods763 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    India was the other legal surrogacy behemoth. Where gestational dormitories housed groups of pregnant Indian women as their bellies swelled. But the industry lost a chunk of its market when the country banned surrogacy for gay couples and single parents in 2013. Around the same time India recriminalized gay sex. Recent revisions to the law have effectively banned foreigners altogether. As India’s laws tightened, clinics there quietly began sending the Indian mothers to Nepal to give birth. Many eventually shifted their entire operations over. The two countries share an open border. Allowing citizens of either country to cross without registration. No laws existed on surrogacy in Nepal, so there were seemingly none to break. Nepal’s underground surrogacy operations came to international light after the earthquake last April. When news reports detailed the evacuation of western babies born to surrogates. But Nepali officials had known about the growing market since the previous November. But since other countries are starting to provide the same services at a cheaper price. Like in Kiev, Ukraine, they are so affordable with quality services.

    Serious question here, why do people living in such an over-crowded, 3rd world country, keep having more babies? If you lived in a country where you could barely feed yourself, surely you wouldn’t bring children into that?

  • @sandhiller49

    Sounds like they did a personal decision to adopt the son out, even if there was some money changed hands to defray medical costs, which the adoptive family would have had anyway. As long as the little guy was taken by a good family, leave it alone, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

    • @brittaniesidebottom

      The issue is they don’t know if the people who took him are good people, or if they even actually adopted him. And whoever does know refuses to talk about it. So he very well could have been trafficked for all we know.
