Yes plus the light pollution in gta v only may not look as great because in comparison to IV there are way more lights in general overall especially at certain bridges inside the city
there is one thing that Ubisoft understood much better than Rockstar is actually how lights work: the stop lights should be ON when the car is stopped, and cars have working amber side markers. In GTA it always looks like we're either driving stick, or slipping to neutral as we're stopped.Also, the backup lights come off as soon as we stop backing up, that doesn't make much sense.
Do "Gun Logic in GTA". Not to be confused with "Bullet Logic". The tests you should do: - Shell ejection (If the bullet shells eject from the gun) - Gunfire animation (If the fire effect from the gun looks right) - Reload animation (If the reload animation looks realistic) - Slide/Bolt/Hammer animation (If the slide/bolt/hammer actually moves when firing/reloading) - Melee Attack/Gun Whip (How effective a gun whip is)

There's another type of Car light in Vice City. When Driving hold the Middle mouse button and leave it and you'll get Moving Light Or IDK what to tell it BTW.
