Dude wow! I'm so glad you've seen this video, I want to personally thank you for your work. Of the list of new mods in this video, yours is one of the ones I am most excited about. I just love that Roman's taxi company is in the game, in day to day life. It's great. I'm not sure if it works on the complete edition personally, I've not used the patch yet.

Thankfully someone came to the rescue hours after the Complete Edition patch Honestly the complete edition patch is a joke from Rockstar, they make great games, sure, but when it comes to releasing and maintaining the games it looks like it have been done by completely different set of team that is incompetent at best.

People always making a fuzz about good/bad graphics but lighting and general atmosphere are 10x more important than graphics. That's why even games like San Andreas have a better vibe than modern games.

@@Yoshik379 I don't know if you're into writing graphics or not but lighting and atmosphere is infact part of the graphics you give the atmosphere of the game through post process volumes like unsaturated dark game or an oversaturated bloomy game you can even add a tint like make the atmosphere more green or orange it's all part of a post process volumes.
@@Yoshik379 and btw you can add special rendering techniques to give a game an atmosphere like the special type of lens flares used in gta V which was not used in any other game.
So nice to see GTA IV getting love. So many people hated on the game for various reasons, but I really loved the dark, gritty look & feel of the game as well as the powerful but sad story line. It has just enough humor in it though to not leave you feeling too depressed in the end. I think it's probably one of the most underrated GTA games.

This is 80% of all the mods I have been using for years now, you're missing one I used the most, the nardooks side quest mod, it's made for older versions and to my knowledge never updated beyond the 4th patch but it adds a handful of unique things and it's the best cinnamon to the assassination mod. Great job here
It's so incredible that a game that is so hard to work with and even play with a stable framerate gets so much attention from the modding community and they basically remaster this game.

Arrest Warrant is definitely no one’s favorite. Even if it’s supposed to replica real life, its too fucking hard, to the point where it’s almost ALMOST impossible. But yea, I agree, Trainer, Realistic Driving, and the Weapons and Damage mod is my favorite.
I'm convinced that if I had to choose one single game to play for the rest of my life, GTA IV would hold up effortlessly. There is just so much to get out of it with mods. Everyone - PLEASE keep GTA IV alive! R* has to acknowledge that it exists one day or another
This was the first GTA I ever owned and poured ENDLESS hours into. Even after beating the story I probably put over 1000 or more hours into this game doing whatever. This is my personal favorite GTA even after playing some of the others. True masterpiece.
TBOGT is like the Opposing Forces of Half Life, but I don’t really care for it because the dark atmosphere and the darker themes you would encounter in GTA4 and TLAD was gone. It was foreshadowing the more comedic tones the franchise would have in GTA5, where it has almost no dark theme to it at all. It’s not a bad game but GTA5 isn’t close to the level of narrative GTA4 had.
Wow, my favourite GTA game with a lot more reasons to play after twelve years 😄. In Turkey at 2008, we thought this game was much better than former best GTA’s and will be better than the next GTA games and it really is. and plus these tweaks, it is much much MUCH more ahead of its time, even if it was released today. Hands down, this is one of the best GTA channels in youtube, awesome work! Edit: nice touch adding F*** The Police’s instrumental version to the police mod section of the video 😅

GTA 4 is the definitive single player GTA experience in my opinion. Doesn’t even need mods, but these mods bring the game to a whole different playing field.
Same, they are beautiful. I really enjoy how the pieces of artwork combined shift slowly together creating a pretty 3D image, can't remember the name for that effect.

Rob Well when you really start to think about it, a question along the lines of “do the EFLC loading screens match up with the console loading screens” pops up into your head but then you debunk it when you start thinking back to the car chase screen, next to the screen with Niko behind a crate, and then the cop screen and vice versa with the others. 😉
I've installed all these mods and I can say that they're amazing! They've changed the game completely for me. Missions are much more challenging thanks to arrest warrant and the bank account mod, not to mention the realistic weapon damage mod aswell! Really does make you think twice about every action before you do anything. I get around 50-60 FPS, at rare cases 20-30 but it doesn't affect gameplay as much. I have a mid tier performance PC so I don't think anyone will have any performance issues after installing these mods as I haven't had any (My game version is 1.0.7.0, for anyone wondering). I must say installing all of these mods was a pretty tough task and it did take some time and dedication to figure everything out and install but it was totally worth it! I do recommend people to try this out if they want to spice up their gameplay and make it interesting and challenging! Nice video and mod pack, man.

I am honestly so jealous I have neither the time nor money to afford myself a gaming PC to play this modded masterpiece. Instead I'll have to continue to enjoy the vanilla edition on my 360 in between work and raising my daughter. GTA IV is my favourite GTA and has a special place in my heart so it's so good to see the love for it continue even after all these years

gta trilogy was bad because the classic gta was in a very old engine and its so bad we cant do a remaster in this engine because he have a bad lighting system , so the only way to do a remaster for this old 3 games its to take it to a new engine but its not rage engine (rockstare game s engin), he dont want to creat a new engine just for a remaster he creat a new engine just for new games like read dead 2 gta V and gta6, the only way its use a good engin at lighting and its unreal engine its the first time we see gta at unreal we have so much bugs but the lighting its so good , if they want to do a remaster to gta 4 they gonna live it in the same engine beacause gta 4 engine its so good and so realistic he just gonna fix qualiti of textures and lighting and add more details ,so gta 4 remaster he is gonna be fire

Normally mass-modding is really excessive and crass, hence I dont care for it. But I love this because its just further developing the main essence of the game into crazy depth. Improves the quality of the game, to a level that developers could never justify spending time on, rather than trying to do dumb stuff for laughs.
They had to cut content for GtaIV ... this game whas released 14 years ago system requirments back then were limited we were dealing with PS3 and GPU's with 1gb vram
After just playing Chinatown Wars on the PSP for the first time recently, they really need to bring that drug dealing mechanic to the next GTA. It's so much fun and provides a good way to hustle for some extra cash when not doing missions

Man after watching your video Rockstar should have put out a GTA “Modded”Definitive Edition and give the profit to the Modders instead of paying an outside company to remaster the games the way they did. This is wild. They have done an amazing job. WOW!!
There are a lot of things in this mod that I would love to see as an added DLC in the GTA online Universe map. Having you're own businesses and being allowed to spread or expand your corporate criminal organisation in to new states or cities would be a great challenge. Interacting with new/existing characters on a more evolved Liberty City with a few new changes to the place since we last saw Niko, Luis and Johnny tear it up would be great also. Be interesting to see what those lead characters who are still alive at least are doing with themselves now. Maybe Yusef did buy that land by the dock and build a super tower? Maybe Luis is a part owner in a chain of Tony Prince Nightclubs? Maybe Niko has a quiet criminal car import export? Imagine having the ability to buy new clothes, cars, homes, businesses, mod our characters apperances and do all the things we can do now in Los Santos but in different places? Awesome.
One of my favorite things to do with Simple Native Trainer was spawn body guards to assist me in my rampages throughout the city, and use npc models for those bodyguards that I changed into military looking characters using Open IV. Good times.

Try it out, the Patch increased my Performance easily by 200% and makes GTA more playable. Sadly the mod support is shit :(

I've installed all these mods and I can say that they're amazing! They've changed the game completely for me. Missions are much more challenging thanks to arrest warrant and the bank account mod, not to mention the realistic weapon damage mod aswell! Really does make you think twice about every action before you do anything. I get around 50-60 FPS, at rare cases 20-30 but it doesn't affect gameplay as much. I have a mid tier performance PC so I don't think anyone will have any performance issues after installing these mods as I haven't had any (My game version is 1.0.7.0, for anyone wondering). I must say installing all of these mods was a pretty tough task and it did take some time and dedication to figure everything out and install but it was totally worth it! I do recommend people to try this out if they want to spice up their gameplay and make it interesting and challenging! Nice video and mod pack, man.

I am honestly so jealous I have neither the time nor money to afford myself a gaming PC to play this modded masterpiece. Instead I'll have to continue to enjoy the vanilla edition on my 360 in between work and raising my daughter. GTA IV is my favourite GTA and has a special place in my heart so it's so good to see the love for it continue even after all these years

They are already destroying the mods (especially the graphics ones) and preparing the field for a remaster.
gta trilogy was bad because the classic gta was in a very old engine and its so bad we cant do a remaster in this engine because he have a bad lighting system , so the only way to do a remaster for this old 3 games its to take it to a new engine but its not rage engine (rockstare game s engin), he dont want to creat a new engine just for a remaster he creat a new engine just for new games like read dead 2 gta V and gta6, the only way its use a good engin at lighting and its unreal engine its the first time we see gta at unreal we have so much bugs but the lighting its so good , if they want to do a remaster to gta 4 they gonna live it in the same engine beacause gta 4 engine its so good and so realistic he just gonna fix qualiti of textures and lighting and add more details ,so gta 4 remaster he is gonna be fire

Normally mass-modding is really excessive and crass, hence I dont care for it. But I love this because its just further developing the main essence of the game into crazy depth. Improves the quality of the game, to a level that developers could never justify spending time on, rather than trying to do dumb stuff for laughs.

They had to cut content for GtaIV ... this game whas released 14 years ago system requirments back then were limited we were dealing with PS3 and GPU's with 1gb vram
Gta 6 needs what Scarface did for Ps2, dealing coke. That dealing system was so awesome, I hope gta 6 can incorporate that into the game
After just playing Chinatown Wars on the PSP for the first time recently, they really need to bring that drug dealing mechanic to the next GTA.
It's so much fun and provides a good way to hustle for some extra cash when not doing missions

I with New York kept their older looking taxi's, I know why they replaced them but even for that reason, they could still make new cars looks like old ones....but no, they didn't.
GTA4 is an almost perfect game anyway. One of the best I've ever played.
And how's the performance with all these mods installed?
When not recording, I get about 35/40 fps. My system is mid-tier and of course the game optimised poorly.

You need to expect bad performance even with a beefy gaming rig because gta 4 has god awful optimization

There are a lot of things in this mod that I would love to see as an added DLC in the GTA online Universe map. Having you're own businesses and being allowed to spread or expand your corporate criminal organisation in to new states or cities would be a great challenge. Interacting with new/existing characters on a more evolved Liberty City with a few new changes to the place since we last saw Niko, Luis and Johnny tear it up would be great also. Be interesting to see what those lead characters who are still alive at least are doing with themselves now. Maybe Yusef did buy that land by the dock and build a super tower? Maybe Luis is a part owner in a chain of Tony Prince Nightclubs? Maybe Niko has a quiet criminal car import export?
Imagine having the ability to buy new clothes, cars, homes, businesses, mod our characters apperances and do all the things we can do now in Los Santos but in different places? Awesome.

One of my favorite things to do with Simple Native Trainer was spawn body guards to assist me in my rampages throughout the city, and use npc models for those bodyguards that I changed into military looking characters using Open IV. Good times.
