Millar has made a full confession of all of this. His book ‘Racing through the dark’ covers all of it and he claims no credit for any of his ‘victories’ of the time. He has been much more supportive of anti doping than for almost any other rider. Lance has never accepted his guilt and rightly continues to be punished. Not quite sure what your agenda is here other than click-bait.

Totally inaccurate, Millar never tested positive at the 2003 world's, his cheating confession was extracted in custody. Also the tarring of Boardman is really bad at the start, probably the only clean successful cyclist from the 90s thanks to superior aerodynamics. Do a video on how much he was cheated out of.
Saying he doped “like a rat” is an insult to rats. He doped like a pro cyclist. Even lab rats and professional wrestlers shudder at how much doping goes on in cycling.
Shows how good he actually was by beating Armstrong and other jacked up cyclists. Millars commentary is actually pretty good on TV, although I wouldn’t go for a pint with him as he comes across aloof.
I've met David, just briefly, at a product expo; he's a nice guy, and it's true that they were all doing it. I don't think it's an excuse, I think it's fact. And I think cycling has been better with his inclusion in it.

Great vid I was volunteering at the 2003 WC Millar climbed our Escarpment like he was on a motorcycle something to see. Not Normal.

No doubt he was doped but in the opening sentences you imply that he tested positive at the doping control following the TT.
Good video, but sure about the last line that Lance "faced the consequences"... It was only because he had no other option and even then, he's not sorry about much of it! Would like to know more about Brailsford's roles over the years.
