Thank you for your teaching. I produced my own cream exactly the way you made this but it is not moisturing each time I use it on my body, my body will dry of immediately please what do I do.
Change the mango for Shea butter and changed the oils to avocado oils and sunflower and this is a cream and not lotion so probably you can add more oil and little water as maybe the cream too thick

Maam Weldon, I taught d kojic dips supposed to be melted in ur oil phase
Then d water soluble active to be dissolved in warm water
You can make it that way too for the kojic dip but not when you are using a heat sensitive oil that needs very low heat. You’ll have to wait for the kojic acid to melt thereby heating the oils further.

Hello, I know thia video is 2 years old and I tried making a face serum minus the licorice powder and after 24hrs my Kojic acid started turning a dark yellow. Can you recommend a colour stabilizer I could use please? Thank you.
You used Kojic acid and not KAD
@theprimeside ahh...I see. Does that mean then, the Kojic acid I got is not effective, and there is no stabilizer for it?
@@RNatesha that’s the nature of Kojic acid. Although they may be some preventive measures, it is not 100% guaranteed!

Hello Primeside, so I just stumbled on ur video and I must say, this tutorial is very explanatory... I had fun watching. My question is, since there's kojic dip added, is it really okay to use on the face? Cos when I formulate, I try so hard to avoid adding kojic dip to my face products.
Why not... I use Kojic acid on my face products anyway. But you can give me your reasons too.
@@theprimeside I learnt that both kojic acid and kojic dip are meant to be used with caution especially when it's been prepared for clients with sensitive skin cos there could be reactions. I have a very sensitive skin and I've noticed that if I use any product that contains kojic on my face, it Reacts.
