    your timing for this video was impeccable...I just bought my first Britannia 10oz Bar two days ago...lol...been wanting one for a long time as well...but like the Canadian Royal Mint's bars...the premiums were more than I wanted to pay...until the other day...when they went for less than the cost of a house generic brand 10 oz bar...from SD Bullion...here's the funny part...they were on sale for $239.47 at SD Bullion...and they did sell out of stock...in less than an hour after I was notified that they were on sale via an email from SD Bullion...probably a lost leader ad...but I'll take it...smiles

    I LOVE ❤️ LOVE 💕 LOVE 💗 BBB’s (British Britannia Bars). They are by far the most beautiful 10oz Silver bar I’ve ever seen. And as far as the 1oz 2021 or 2022 British Britannia Silver coins they are the most undervalued 1 oz sovereign Silver coin 🪙 out here. In many ways it’s the most intricate and beautiful sovereign silver coin you can get at very low premiums. I predict these coins will become huge collector favorites in the future.

      I also think the Brit coins are going to gain in popularity with time, too many things going for it.. if not for the milk spots, I would stack them all day! I'd love the Una and the Lion bar from The Royal Mint but the BBBs are more reasonable! I like that, BBB

    The Britannia is my favorite 10 oz bar. When JMB finally had them available I picked up five. I could have gotten them on the secondary market but I wanted to make sure they were pristine and in original manufacturers packaging. Wish I had the ability to have gotten 10 of them. My next favorite is the RCM 10 oz which I've recently purchased. Have a few of the 1 oz coins. I've sold 10 oz bars to my LCS for spot without hesitation on their part, however with current overall prices spot won't do this time around for the Britannia or the RCM. My Sunshine 10 oz bars I might consider spot and nothing less. Also collecting 1/4 oz gold Britannia with my eye on the full one oz.

      I would definitely argue that point. I think silver might lag behind gold, but I see way more potential growth from silver in the long-term, particularly because of its industrial uses and the fact that silver is no where close to its former highs and its spot price is manipulated

    I dont understand why people buy silver and gold. I mean when you buy it, you pay "premiums" but when you sell it, they just offer you little below the market price of that commodity without that "premium" that you paid. Whats so profitable that?
    Please anyone reply :'(

    • @TrevForPresident
      @TrevForPresident 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If this is serious, you try to keep your premiums down upon purchase and as seen on many public buy prices you do get some of the premium back.
      Of course, the point of physical metals is not a quick flip. This is a storage of wealth. If it goes up 50 - 100% or another reasonable sum you're not going to loose money forfeiting 2 - 3% on premium.

    • @SilverForeverX
      @SilverForeverX  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I don't think about silver/gold as a way to profit or 'make money'-- I use other investment vehicles for that. For me, gold/silver are about long-term security, wealth accumulation, and divesting from USD cash. Right now, if you sell your car to "buy cash" and then hold it, when you go to "sell the cash" by buying something new, you have lost significant buying power due to inflation. I'm buying silver/gold to preserve the value of my wealth in the long-term (decades).
      I agree precious metals are definitely not a good short-term investment, particularly if you are buying/selling to a large online vendor or LCS. While there's certainly money to be made on the private market flipping particular coins, you really have to know your stuff and have good connections. Right now the market is so hot that you can almost certainly make some of your premium back on the sale as long as you advocate for yourself, even at the LCS. So the real spread (buy/sell difference) is typically much closer than spot/melt premium, at least today.
