So what if the economy is ruined a bit, in an emergency you can use any toilet you want, just identify as man or woman depending on which toilet is free, can you do that in other states. No you cant.

If Biden remains the nominee, then it's more likely than not that Trump will win the presidency, AND (because of a lackluster down ballot for dems) republicans will control both the House (D:211 to R:224) and Senate (DI: 48 to R:52). Every political person knows this and if they are up for a 'close' re-election this year, they will call for Biden to step aside -- it's a matter of survival now.
