Compared to the last 500 million years, our planet is now in a CO2 drought. The rise in CO2 is not the direct cause of global warming, but it is causing global greening.
It doesn't take much greenhouse gas to warm the atmosphere and a warming atmosphere causes an increase in water vapor and methane, which are also greenhouse gasses. The plants actually love around 0.1 - 0.18. that's why greenhouse growers pump CO2 to that level. At the moment, 0.04 is very low and if it drops lower, to around 0.02, photosynthesis stops and we're all fucked. So while the climate crazies say they're saving the planet they do the exact opposite by suffocating it, that's how stupidly ignorant they are.
It's a pity there aren't too many forests left that could capture the CO2 though. They are cut, burned and converted to agriculture. Permafrost is melting, releasing tons of methane and agricultural soil, after conversion from grassland and forest, is a CO2 source by breakdown of organic material.
@@l.d.t.6327 Forests don't actually matter. You've fallen for the 'lungs of the planet' nonsense. Trees 'breathe' as much CO2 in as out. Permafrost isn't 'melting' either! And the release of CH4 is insignificant to the world's budget...and CO2 only has an effect between 14 & 16 micrometres, so it is saturated. You've been had. It's going to dawn on you at some point in the future. There is a little warming, but it's not from CO2.
CO2 currently makes up just 0.04% of the atmosphere, and if it drops to half of that, all plant life-and thus all animal and human life-will perish. That is the real goal of the globalists. We need more CO2, plant life would thrive, and so would we.
We've planted to many trees, even in places that don't need them. There are more acres of forests in the US today than back when Europeans first came here. The California Air Resource Management Board decided to mandate that all gasoline sold in the state needed 11% MTBE, despite having conducted no testing. Shortly afterward, it was discovered that MTBE would affect hoses and gaskets in engines, so gas stations had to put warning signs up stating that they would not be responsible if your vehicle broke down or caught fire after using that fuel. Then they discovered that MTBE was leaking through the storage tanks and contaminating the ground water and was a carcinogen. Lawrence Livermore Labs did testing on the reformulated gasoline, and found that the California grade fuel produced 8% less energy per gallon than the previous unleaded fuel, so people had to burn 9% more fuel to drive the same distance, so whatever imagined reduction in pollution per gallon was more than offset by needing to use more gallons of fuel. This is what California does to its own state, and they want to do it to the rest of the US.

@@l.d.t.6327
Forests don't actually matter. You've fallen for the 'lungs of the planet' nonsense. Trees 'breathe' as much CO2 in as out. If every tree in the world was cut down today, it wouldn't actually do anything! It is plants which absorb the CO2 and hold on to it to grow. Trees expel CO2 at night.

@@markenda1 the co2 returns to a gaseous state but it is reclaimed at about 95% in a well maintained system
No state should be able to be a dictatorship over other states
It's actually .043%. 780,000 ppm nitrogen, 210,000 ppm oxygen and the remaining 10,000 ppm is other gases and CO2 is 430 and at 150 all plants would die. The whole narrative is appalling. They picked something they could scare people with, now they want to ban fertilizer because of nitrogen.
They needed BS that no democrat is smart enough to realize it is a lie with zero scientific proof to support it.
gases like water, too much will kill living things as well. dont forget these things have a sweet spot. too much or too little will kill you. not enough oxygen or too much CO2 will kill you.
But, the actual percentage Is .00437 I dont know where you get your numbers but you are way off. At the percentages you are stating plants would have a field day. You know it's all about money when you can buy carbon credits. History shows that earth's temperature fluctuates. We have had ice ages and very warm climates. When the weather gets to a point it will trigger the beginning of the cooling towards the next ice age. People are so gullable.
@@RogerSutton-pz8lf seems science proved most the changes was by CO2,
@@diegojines-us9pc A 10 to 20 fold increase will NOT kill us and in fact increase plant life and of course FOOD supply.
If CO2 were such a hazard, where are the bans on clear cutting the rainforests and where are the massive reforestation projects?
Those are good ideas and Brazil has taken a lot of steps to slow the elimination of the rain forest.
you do know they are at least some laws, we cant keep them from cutting down THEIR trees, but we have laws saying they cant import the wood from them trees.
@@diegojines-us9pc I’m just pointing out that there isn’t a real problem, just a planetary cycle. If the sea level was truly going to rise, there would be migration from the coast…huge flood control projects & sea walls…and the political elite wouldn’t have ocean front property. The models have been flawed from the beginning, which lead to them dropping the term “global warming” for “climate change”.
It’s something we either adapt to go the way of the Dodo.
Look up how much land Canada owns in the United States, and what they are doing with it....
@@MrDantheman45 hey lets see how land the US owns around the world, and dont forget to add land we just have our armies sitting on, why does the bush family own 250,000 acres in south American, one family. thats 400 square miles,
Follow the money 💰
Why doesn't anyone ever want to talk about how plants need carbon dioxide to grow
Its against the "science". Just like they dont talk about how when co2 was at the highest we know of it was the largest explosion of life in the history of the planet. There was no run away greenhouse and then oxygen caused one of the biggest mass extinctions that we know of. All without humans.
It's because the discussion has moved well beyond that level.
Because that messes with their narrative.
@@cousinzeke4888 "....messes with their narrative"? I can't imagine any of you need to go back that far in the discussion. It would be like discussing calculus by calculating the product of 2 and 2. The science involved in the process of photosynthesis is firmly established.
@@davekearney1944The narrative is that CO2 is the worst thing ever and we desperately need to reduce it so yes, talking about how plants work interferes.
