You’ve missed a fair few unfortunately. Zero mission dying as ZSS, MP3: Corruption’s dying while in Phazon mode &/ conversion from phazon corruption for example.
I'm pretty sure there's some alternate death scenes in Metroid: Other M as well. And, as others have been pointing out in the comments, there's one alternate death scene in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption too. (And one alternate death scene with the E.M.M.I. robots in Metroid Dread.)
3D Samus deaths are really scary. It normally starts with her screaming really loudly and then her heart failing. Yeah, that gave me huge nightmares to be honest. I am sure that those stuff are not appropriate for Nintendo anymore. Whoever voice acts Samus nailed her screaming in both the 3D games and in Smash though. 2D (or 2.5D) Samus deaths, on the other hand…the first two deaths were fine, but after that, it feels pretty weird to be looking at her Zero Suits every single time she dies not gonna lie.

It's always better when a video game deaths video has the player being bad at the game and not just purposefully dying (jumping into enemies, waiting for death to come to them, etc.).
Did you notice that Samus’s Power Suit isn’t the same size as her in Metroid: Other M? If I ever direct a Metroid game, the player only uses the power suit as armor.
