I use HIK-Central or 4200 but from memory yes it supports that via the web also

Hi Dave, quick question, I have the same terminal, but I noticed you have the same problem as i have, in the video section, resolution is 1280*720, and you cannot change it. Weird because I have another face terminal from Hikvision lower model, and there I can change the resolution from 1280*720 to 1920*1080. Other problem I noticed if you view the live feed through hik connect or through ivms 4200 the picture is very zoomed in. Is this a software problem ?
