This is actually amazing what a great format for patient education -please do this for the lower back and hips! I sit alot as a programmer and suddenly got the worst nerve (i believe?) -related pain due to constant tailbone pressure and lack of exercise/blood flow... Regardless, new sub! Thanks doc.
Human Garage just posted a helpful video for fascial release that might help you with your pain. You might also appreciate (if it interests you) looking into using and/or alternating the use (till you find what works) of an exercise ball as your seat, a kneeling chair and a normal office/wooden chair. If you can, try utilizing horse stance a bit for a few minutes or 10-20 breathes before sitting. When you feel your back going numb, or getting aggravated try standing up and doing some hip circles. Raising your arms above your head and hip circles is great too(looks like dancing haha). Dance more! (If you can!) I hope some of this is also useful to you! And that this unsolicited advice is alright! Cheers to you and your tailbone!
Probably because the majority of the public is "restarted" when it comes to anything loosely in depth and the channel owner felt it would cause more harm than good with they way people were talking about the various procedures or topics.
