Never heard this version before. Really good.
So beautiful and mesmerizing.
I prefer this version much more
The video footage is from."WE'VE GOT THE GOLD' and part of the Philip Garrel movie "LE BLEU D'ORIGINE"...
Stunning!
Nico was v e r y unhappy when they disappeared Jim in 1971....
she was so gothic
Nico and Jim Morrison were the original Gothic musicians. Laura Nyro had the look first.
This must be from a Phillipe Garrel film.
This song is on the album THE END ,which came out in 1974....how is it possible that this l i v e performance supposedly took place in 1970 ?
es ist auf ihrem Opus magnum the marble index von 1970 oder so, es gibt eine version Frozen Borderline, sehr zu empfehlen
This song is on The Marble Index! But I do love The End album, it has similar vibes. Love her music 🖤
She would often play songs in their early forms, before they were recorded for an album, at her gigs. This is one of those.

The album THE END from which this song is taken, came out in 1974 .Jim.Morrison was disappeared in 1971.
It is no t possible that NICO was singing this song in 1970...
this song is from the marble index not the end
This song came out in 1969, actually. Do some research before acting so irritated.
And everyone says she can’t sing.
Mind you this was live
I loved Nico, and this is an interesting piece in terms of art, but if I were a person with suicidal tendencies I am pretty sure this would push me over the edge. Incredibly dark and depressing.
Not really singing - more like dictating to the DEAD.
