An Underground Experience is a seedy documentation of one of the most important icons of subculture. She is caught on suitably grainy video footage doing what she did best, performing in an underground club. Shot in the early 80's with punk rock as an audience the film is hardly stunning, yet this somehow enhances its authenticity. Nico's presence is both powerful and at times moving especially during the interview section.

Good version, this - I prefer it to the Tokyo '86 performance, which is more minimal, synth-based...and involves some slightly incongruous bongos.
If it's Nico and yer granny on bongos it's...erm...Nico.
There was an even better live version of 60/40 a while back, but it seems to have been removed. It was much better sound quality and no background shouting people. It was also minimalist, but more mournful and resigned. I think it is one of the best songs of all time- fantastic lyrics and melody.

Je pense surtout que si Alain Delon avait reconnu Ari son fils leurs vies auraient été différentes. Le père de Nico était opiomane, elle est née avec une double pneumonie. Si elle même avait eu des parents normaux , Nico aurait été différente. Revoyez l'émission de Ardison de 2001, on y apprend beaucoup de choses. Ari est décédé maintenant, qu'ils reposent tous les deux en paix
