    Summing up this video:
-Work on your anterior deltoid strength with bent arm pressing exercises: pike push ups, military presses, anterior deltoid presses, pseudo plance push ups, tucked plance push ups.
-Strengthen your tendons and ligaments around your elbow joints with straight arm pressing exercises: ring push ups/dips ending with turn out, half ring flies, straight arm dumbell/barbell presses.
-Work on your protection: planche lean, pseudo planche push ups, tucked planche push ups.
-Work hard, train smart and be patient.

Yes! Exactly! If you guys want to hold statics more - just stop trying to hold statics.
-Straight arm exercises to help your tendons and joints.
-Dynamic exercises (using the muscle-groups that power the static skill most) to help you have strength to hold it.

Now I can 90° push up and do some deep handstand push ups and I'm soo near to straddle planche(I can hold 2 seconds but in a bad form). I believe that I'll reach it by the end of March. Today I also made my first 70kg dip, calisthenics is soo satisfying😍😍💪🏻

@@sonzai5162 Honestly I really don't know. I trained a lot in the last 4 months (2 hours of training every time 4/5 times per week + rest and leg days) and I could say that push comes very easy for me. Much easier than pulling exercises, where I lack a bit.
You have to train with various exercises as: pike push, dips, weighted dips, normal push and you also need a very good handstand to make it easier (having a very good balance and form). Honestly, I never did Military press because I train most of the times in my room and I haven't got weights but... as Dominik Sky says, It is also a very good exercise. @@sonzai5162 Yeah man, just go for it, it will take time but I think that Handstand skills (planche, one arm handstand, push-ups) are one of the most satisfying ones in calisthenics. What I do is to try them strictly and without the wall first reps of the workout and then as you start to lose power you go for easier stuff. Work in both strength and technique, do many negative reps to understand the inclination you need to stay in balance, because you have to forward with the body and you have to understand how much. Also train for core strength.

That's pretty normal when you start with the handstands and planches, it will go away as you get stronger but try massaging your arms to release the tention. Good luck!

'It's gonna take more time that you think right now' :-) Itak, vsak bi si želel narediti to v par tednih, no jaz vseeno računam raje z meseci :-))
Drugače pa, super da ima Slovenija tudi predstavnika tu na Youtubu, kar se tiče raznoraznih vaj, videi so odlični, tako po vsebini kot po načinu podajanja informacij, tako da - le tako naprej!

I'm 182cm tall and weight 82 kg shredded muscle mass. The front lever is quite easy for me but the planche is nearly impossible for my frame. I will work on it.

This is the video I wanted for a long time ago, since I was dreaming with the planche two years ago. Thanks Dominik

Do you know about Nedko? He is tall aswell (not that heavy though) but he doesn't have 'just' the planche. He is a FREAKING BEAST in all statics.. one of my favourite athletes

Unlocked full planche with assisted holds (bands) only. Final fase full planche attempts. Current level 3 sec hold, not perfect form yet, but that’s just a matter of time. 38 years old, 190 cm, 70 kg. 🤷🏼‍♂️

190cm and 70kg is severely underweight mate, I’m 185cm and 85kg and I’m still slender lmao

@@KastoeKrab I can bulk up if want but don’t need it for strength skills. Hypertrophy and strength are two different things. I bulked up tot 85 kg. once and it looked like shit. This is how i’m build so yeah 🤷🏼‍♂️ But this is beside the point, the point is that you don’t have to military press your own body weight to unlock planche, not specific enough to learn planche. Gymnastics code, in order to learn a move you have to spend time in that move.
