    Thanks for the tips! I did try time tracking but it got a little tricky and impractical, most of the tasks my client requests are done on the fly throughout the agreed hrs and theyre little things like scheduling or pushing a meeting later, or updating me on undone task, these usually take what seems like 1 min here, 5min there, so do you have any advice? when I tried it i found myself clicking track on and off for every small request.

      100% same - it gets really tedious turning the tracker on/off (or forgetting it altogether). If you’re not already, I suggest that you switch to a monthly flat fee based on the avg number of hours your client uses per month. No more tracking, you get a recurring flat fee, and you no longer get punished for being more efficient!
