I just wanted to thank Chris and his staff for taking care of me. My Busa fuel pump went out that they had replaced for me a while ago and he and his staff told me to bring it back. So I made that 3 hr drive and with out any hesitation they got my bike as soon as they open up and took care of my bike and got me back on the road back to Georgia. They are the best of people. So I want to give a VERY BIG SHOT OUT To Chris and his staff.
Sad day for me. On Tuesday I head into work on my GSXR 1000 2004 oncoming traffic makes a left hand in front of me no stop time. Bikes totaled broke my arm in three places shoulder humerus elbow I got a bone graft for my knee tomorrow to my elbow 15 broken ribs and a broken knee put some how I made it glad to be here hope y’all enjoy the sport as much as I did
I’m praying to just be able to ride again I love my bikes soooo much 😢

Damn I love the sound of the voodoo exhaust on the gsxrs especially the old 750s, old hayabusas and the old 1000s, voodoo exhaust sounds really good and mean imo especially with the baffles removed.
O sweet baby Jesus that brings back memories, I really miss my gsxrrr with a voodoo stupid loud I love it, I'm gonna end up trading one my Harleys for another and when I do im sending that ecu to you!!!

Crazy how far they’ve come with these 1k’s over a few years. 169hp doesn’t seem like much now days. Miss my 13 gsxr though.
Tbh not far off to new bikes, as the new onws are around 200hp and thats at the crank ao around 170-180rwhp... same thing.

Ive been debating flashing my 2011 gsxr 1000, i have a voodoo on it, sounds great but top end is lacking now..
Is this 2014 model engine the same as 2015+ -2020s?

I had the full VooDoo exhaust on my Gen 2 Busa dyno tuned. Stupid loud and not that great of numbers.
I ditched that loud slash pipe and changed to an Akro slip on. So its a hybrid exhaust AkroVoodoo.
Getting a flash done by Chris soon its in the mail.
I wanted to get back to this and say,
Man shake and bake on that flash for my Gen2 Busa. The Busa Chris dynoed made 189 hp. My Busa w/PC5 dyno tuned made only 175hp.
So I was excited to get the factory restrictions off and all the other magic Chris does to the ECU!
After I removed the PC5 and installed my newly flashed ECU by Moore Mafia.
I was at a tuners shop with my friend and his turbo Busa, well the tuner asked me if I wanted to dyno my Busa? For free, So YA ! Man Shake and bake my Busa made 196 rwhp and 116 torque. And I could tell in the seat cuz this is a new machine! Im super juiced with my flash! CHRIS is the best of the best!!!!

Max possible power out of it ?.... it made almost 8 (eight) hP more that the first run.... also - why 6th gear in the first pull, and the rest of the pulls in 5th ??

What would happen if you set to 100% across the entire chart? The percentage means how much throttle can be applied? Why not set it to 100% so that you can use all of the throttle? If they want less then the rider can back off the throttle.
Is it only for fuel efficiency reason that we don't set to 100% across the board?
Yes, fuel efficiency and emissions restrictions. You don't put 100% on the whole chart because that is for you putting 100% on your wrist. You don't want full open throttle on any gear by just touching the throttle control... you cruise with a flick of the wrist, so... that basically is... speed safely...

That exhaust might impress 10 year old kids, a straight piece of pipe with little research doesn't cut it - save a bit longer and buy a properly designed exhaust !

I had a 2012 GSXR 1000, beautiful bikes.
But that exhaust and swingarm are an absolute travesty to that bike.
And that bike ain't doing twisties in the mountains.

Not bad.. With my Brock’s Alien Head base run I made 163, tuned 171. Switched to the Penta Carbon made 172 but it should be making more which we will be figuring out why it didn’t.. I thinking maybe bad gas after sitting in the shop for a month

Mario, Harley is a BAD word on this channel. Don't take me wrong brother, look at my name, I build and race Harley for a living, but also Suzuki as well. I unsuscribed because of the HATE by Mr. Moore, even though I build and race Suzuki as well. Trust me, he HATES Harley.
The best HP would be 176 with the proper intake filter and full exhaust.

Wow, I had the same year bike with a K&N , Power Commander V with a Secondary and Race Taylor Made exhaust. My final numbers were 173 H.P. and 70 some Tq. Something is wrong with that bike or the exhaust didn't do so well or could be the swingarm.

Yes. Chris can only get it close. Every engine is different.

Unless you’re dragracing in a specific class and you need the few extra horsepower something to think about it will be good but

Got to get rid of the cat on this model. I had one before I traded it in for a 2016 zx14r. I made 172 on mines with a m4 cat delete and stock headers. I wonder how much Chris could have got out of that bike🤔

It doesn't get love because of the rare crank splitting issues .. Google it. They all split same spot when they do
I googled it. Found no issues for this year.
So my question is how do you know you have a good dyno tune in your bike......Had one done here in FLA and was at 190 but when took to another dyno for just a run it was only at 170. So how do you ever really know the ppl doing the tune and dyno are not ripping you off. So I have a 18 gsxt 1000r with pair valve block off, sprint air filter, carbon smith dimple velocity stacks and alpha T yoshi full system.
Conditions change everyday, What you make on one dyno doesn't mean your gonna make the exact same thing on another...

As said above, conditions change and every dyno reads different.You compare the before and after and the percentage gain,dont take the hp numbers as fact.

I don't get it either. So many reputable, proven exhausts to purchase. Makes no sense, but most people don't make sense. 😄

Not a fan of the voodoo exhaust. It looks too much like a straight pipe. I think more of a megaphone type would better suit this bike.
Crazy-loud is rather pointless. The motorcycle can make identical power without being obnoxious, so why would you want to be loud and obnoxious?

@@denimstratton7308 ya but it's basically a striaght pipe with some dimples , you can find the exact same design for 1/4 of the price. Like go to autozone in the muffler aisle and get those chinese made pipes, and have a muffler shop weld it on, guarantee you it makes the same power as a voodoo. Any other exhaust like brok's, graves have actual research and development behind it. And voodoo is louder but, the real mufflers should tune out the raspiness and make a more quality sounding noise.
