Christ is a designation with spiritual meaning for everyone. So the name ‘Jesus’ refers to the man born of Mary and Joseph and through love and devotion to God became designated the Son of God. Yes, as a bother to us, he calls us to transformation by God’s love to become children of God. The men at his time yielded no love or respect for women or Mary even though she resonated with Jesus and became his wife. Patriarchy would not yield in he face of the great divine love in and from Jesus. In fact little of true Jesus made into the Bible because it was assembled to support the anti church that we still call the church, but has not understood or accepted Jesus. Everything about Jesus was erased to make the Jesus message into a false narrative acceptable to Romans and Greeks that would unite the Roman Empire.
