  • Meggan Watterson talks about female self-worth, spiritual authority, and bringing women into the divine equation. She is a spiritual mentor, speaker, and scholar of the Divine Feminine; she facilitates the REDLADIES, a spiritual community that encourages women to reclaim their bodies as sacred.
TEDxWomen was curated and produced by The Paley Center for Media. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

I am enjoying the book so much! As a woman that grew up in Alabama, I have to say that the beliefs of Baptist Church just never felt like the truth.
I feel so relieved to read Mary Magdalene Revealed, because if feels like I am finally not alone and someone else shares the truth of my heart.

Awesome. I have just seen this, after reading Mary Magdalene Rvealed, and today receiving your Divine feminine Oracle cards. Thank you dear Meggan for shining your light ❤

SO brave to speak out and seek your truth through religion even though the world continues to use God's word to justify the mistreatment, rape, and abuse of women. All women and girls should know that the divine is both feminine and masculine.

I'm reading "how to love yourself and sometimes others" I'm only on page 50 but it has already given me a different perspective. Different perspective on how one should love themselves and how to enjoy giving /receiving love. If anyone hasn't read it, give it a try xxx

And her message is echoed in Hegland's Sacred Feminine book... a woman is a special creation and Mary Magdalene is exposed for the powerful and wonderful woman she was in that book. His reader email address is given in the copyright page in The Sacred Feminine.

Did this talk used to be longer than 8 and a half minutes before or something? I ask because there are comments below which have nothing to do with what was said in this video.

3:50 "God's word had left women's voices out of the story" Only because you have been taught and continue to interpret scripture literally. You also need to let go of the victim identity card. Christ consciousness does not require baggage.

Hagar wasnt raped her mistress asked her to concieve a child with Abraham because Sarah felt she was to old to be pregnant herself.

Too bad your "preacher man" doesn't understand the Bible himself to explain it properly. The Bible clearly states that the Woman is a complement to the Man. And for the Man to love his wife and treat older women like your mother and younger ones like your sister. Bible principles are never wrong if understood properly and applied the right way. Hagar wasn't raped. It was the promised "seed" that was Sarah's concern it it would be an absolute honor and privilege to be the "redeemer's" ancestor.

odomi121 "Woman is a complement to the Man"Nope. Sorry buddy. Evolution, science, logic says we were here first, the male is a mutation. . And science is now finding a way to replace you. :)
