I became very stiff in my neck, shoulders and low back, to the point that it even caused tension and pain in my scalp. It would take me several hours after rising in the morning to be able to get around to start my day. Like a miracle, I gained mobility and increased energy from the first time I performed one of your routines and every day these gains are increasing. You are so graceful while performing these routines that it's like a lovely ballet and you are truly an inspiration. I cannot thank you enough and I encourage all my loved ones to try your routines. THIS IS NOT A POSTURE STRETCH....... this routine has done more than that, it help me SO MUCHHHH 😩mentally and i dont even do yoga. It has been one of my most small consistent habit I've done for the past couple weeks and the more i do it i learn to appreciate every stretch on my body. Thank you 😊 💓 for this video.

I can't not get enough of your stretching videos, Mady. I tried 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes full body, neck & shoulder, leg and now this one. All of them work so well, I do at least one of them everyday as a form of self care and meditation. By the way, can I ask for an arm stretching video? I've been doing cardio lately and my arms are sored, so i really wish for some stretching that specified on that area. From Vietnam with love

i have intense upper back and shoulder pain as a result of improper chest binding, and this specific routine has been a game changer. i finish this video and i have tears in my eyes from the pain relief 😭 thanks for making so many wonderful, easy to follow along videos ❤
I'm on one months of this exercises combined with some others for neck hump. It didn't just improved my posture, but my self confidence also. The most important, I feel healthier mentally, just because I stick to this routine, it made it easier to believe in myself again!! Thank you

Hallo, ich bin eine Schülerin aus Vietnam. Deine Videos sind therapeutisch und ganz nützlich für mich! Ich bin habe in 2 Wochen einen Eingangstest (Ich werde in Gymnasium gehen, yeh!), auf den vorbereitete ich einem ganzen Jahr. Jetzt muss ich täglich sehr spät am Tisch bleiben zu lernen, deshalb habe ich Rück und Hals- schmerzen. Zum Glück fand ich vor einem halben Jahr dich! Du schaffst dienliche Videos, die ich sehr brauche. Jetzt fühle ich mich wohl, ohne gesundheitliches Problem zu befürchten. Deine Videos kommen mit guten Qualität, und Musik macht mir immer Spaß. Nicht so verwandt aber ich lerne gern Deutsch (die Deutsche sind so freundlich und intelligent). Es ist trotzdem so schwer hehe. (bemühe ich mich!!!)

I used to feel a little pain on my shoulders but now it rarely happens. This workout relaxes me when im stressed. I'll continue doing this workout because its very simple. I take really long 9hr flights, about twice a month. I usually do seated yoga about an hour before the plane lands. I have been using this video for my seated yoga (doing variations of some of the movements) and believe it or not they can all be done while sitting in airplane seat! Thank you so much for this!
i’m 19, i have been a stomach sleeper and my posture was so bad while gaming or studying at my desk. all my life i thought i stopped growing after 16. ive been thinking im 5 ft tall but after doing this twice a day + sleeping on my back and fixing other back habits turns out i’m measured at 5’2!? imma know its still not a lot but this is a great victory for me.
@ yeah i hated it at first, try no pillow but roll up a hoodie for neck support, you really just have to remind urself why ur doing it before u choose comfort but eventually it does get comfortable. now it hurts my back to sleep on my stomach 😭

I’ve recently been having jaw issues (tmjd) due to poor posture but I’ve been doing these exercises twice a day for the past two days and I can already feel a difference in my posture and muscles overall which has reduced my pain and discomfort significantly! Thanks for a great workout, your videos are always amazing! Anyone else who suffers from posture related tmj, definitely give this a try! :)

Gotta say, these stretches work, I did them for 5 days and I was finding it so much easier to maintain a correct posture. Had a 3 day break and now am wonky again, so am getting back on the wagon! Viele dieser Übungen nutze ich schon seit längerer Zeit gegen meine hartnäckigen Rückenverspannungen, aber diese spezielle Konstellation der Übungen hat viel besser geholfen, als die meisten anderen Kombinationen, die ich probiert habe.. und ich habe einiges durch! Speziell die shoulder stretches werde ich auf jeden Fall in meine Routine einbauen, die schlagen andere Übungen zur Thoraxrotation wirklich um Längen!

I tried this for the 1st time a couple weeks ago & I told myself to do it everyday because my back pain is getting unbearable! 😢 I work at a desk, & I work from home 3 days a week, those days I literally have to take breaks & lay in bed because of my back. I have no choice but to be consistent. I did this 3xs so far right before bed, I felt AMAZING each time. After the 3rd time I just my little ball & I rolled out the knots in my back, neck & chest & OMG I never felt so good in my LIFE!! I love that there’s no talking & it’s short but sweet. So thank u for this! I vow to stay consistent & I’ll be back with an update! ❤️

Liebe Mady❤ Du machst mich fertig. Ich bin seit 25 Jahren Handwerker und so langsam spüre ich es auch. Meine ganze Haltung, Körperspannung und auch überhaupt Körpergefühl ist nicht mehr so vorhanden. Ich versuche viele deiner Übungen nachzumachen und scheitere häufig. Zur Zeit bekomme ich Unterstützung von einer liebevollen Physiotherapeutin. Sie ist ebenfalls ein Fan von Dir. Ich arbeite nun mehr an mir und für mich um einfach wieder ein besseres Gefühl zu erlangen. Fühl dich gedrückt von mir und allen anderen die deine wunderbaren Videos sehen und hoffentlich nachmachen. i’m 19, i have been a stomach sleeper and my posture was so bad while gaming or studying at my desk. all my life i thought i stopped growing after 16. ive been thinking im 5 ft tall but after doing this twice a day + sleeping on my back and fixing other back habits turns out i’m measured at 5’2!? imma know its still not a lot but this is a great victory for me.

@ yeah i hated it at first, try no pillow but roll up a hoodie for neck support, you really just have to remind urself why ur doing it before u choose comfort but eventually it does get comfortable. now it hurts my back to sleep on my stomach 😭

I’ve recently been having jaw issues (tmjd) due to poor posture but I’ve been doing these exercises twice a day for the past two days and I can already feel a difference in my posture and muscles overall which has reduced my pain and discomfort significantly! Thanks for a great workout, your videos are always amazing!

I've added this to my morning and post-work routine-in the morning to get my back in a good place before I sit down at the desk, and after work to rejuvenate me after a long day sitting and typing. It's a miracle worker! Amazing stuff, Mady! You're saving my posture ❤
I kinda had severe back pain rather back tension, my back always felt so stiffy since I used to do very minimal movement in last few month. Did this stretching today now I can finally lay on my back with any pain and tension . It felt so good!! Thank you Maddy!
Ich mache das und auch das Daily Stretch hintereinander öfters mal und es hilft soooo sehr! Ich merke am nächsten Tag sofort, wenn ich es gemacht habe, weil man fühlt sich ganz anders. Gotta say, these stretches work, I did them for 5 days and I was finding it so much easier to maintain a correct posture. Had a 3 day break and now am wonky again, so am getting back on the wagon! Danke Mady! Viele dieser Übungen nutze ich schon seit längerer Zeit gegen meine hartnäckigen Rückenverspannungen, aber diese spezielle Konstellation der Übungen hat viel besser geholfen, als die meisten anderen Kombinationen, die ich probiert habe.. und ich habe einiges durch!
Speziell die shoulder stretches werde ich auf jeden Fall in meine Routine einbauen, die schlagen andere Übungen zur Thoraxrotation wirklich um Längen!

I tried this for the 1st time a couple weeks ago & I told myself to do it everyday because my back pain is getting unbearable! 😢 I work at a desk, & I work from home 3 days a week, those days I literally have to take breaks & lay in bed because of my back. I have no choice but to be consistent. I did this 3xs so far right before bed, I felt AMAZING each time. After the 3rd time I just my little ball & I rolled out the knots in my back, neck & chest & OMG I never felt so good in my LIFE!! I love that there’s no talking & it’s short but sweet. So thank u for this! I vow to stay consistent & I’ll be back with an update! ❤️

This video and the stretch are really good. Also, there’s no annoying talking in the background. I love this video. I usually use this for cooling down after my workout or even when I’m lazy and need a stretch. So versatile ❤
