"The Angel's Lily" by Jake Kiernan, 2023.
This is my first original song! The Angel's Lily is about nurturing something within yourself, like a lily flower. Whatever emotion you feel in this song determines the color of your lily: White, pink, red, yellow, orange, etc.
I wrote this specifically for performing live. I was kindly invited to perform at NAMM 2023 by Felix Martin and his team at Felix Martin Guitars. Based in California, Felix and his team handcrafted a ten string custom bass guitar for me, featuring their unique double neck design and custom Bartolini pickups.
