The High Elves by Brandon Fiechter also has these whispers. I'm pretty sure it's Elvish that's being whispered. But really it could be applied to anything depending on the music being used as it's more of a chant than anything else. And I don't know which song came first, or where the whispers themselves came from.

You can imagine an ancient village of many different people - priests, pilgrims, warlocks, witches, villagers and much more, just strolling around...You can imagine a united gathering of witches and all.
