Welcome to Module 1 of our family music fundamentals course featuring music from around the world! This course is designed for parents/ guardians to learn with their children together. Module 1 teaches all about the Major scale. This is the third video of Module 1. In this video, we will learn how to hear Do (scale degree ^1) as the home base of the Major scale that all the other notes of the scale lead back to. We will play a game together with Luciano and Michelangelo, and then it will be just you and me finding Do within melodies from around the world.
