      👍💝The best of all your interviews! I've been following you for over 2 years. Though not a hypercarnivore, I am into modified AIP alternating & combining with Ketovore myself and also advocate almost similar customised formulas and plans to my clients and friends.
      RD Ms Ali Miller is number one best, truly knowledgeable and fact-based Dietitian of all whom I know.
      Hope to see more of her interviews perhaps with Dr Paul Saladino. He has a charming way of having a strong influence and hold on audiences and viewers.
      One thing to add, a gentle feedback here that there are many others who are foreigners and may like Ms Miller to speak a little slower in order to fully digest all her invaluable and useful topics and contents.
      ❤️😊👏 Thank you once again Judy dear, for your awesome efforts.

    Judy your podcast has become a quick favorite & I’ve been binging your podcasts lately. This was a great guest & interview, look forward to following & learning more from her too. I’m 4 months into carnivore at 57, decided to go for it to improve mental health & menopause symptoms. Still dealing with depression but brain fog is tons better. My energy is just starting to improve. Thank you for doing what you do. ❤

    Incredibly informative and encouraging interview. It's hard to thank you enough in words, but be assured, this is going to reach people who need help to heal and who crave the in-depth explanations with supportive data and honest openness that allows for continuing research and dare I say...science?!
    THANK you both!

    Excellent interview! Thank you so much! I am saving this video and i am starting to follow Ali's podcast. I feel i can learn so much from Judy because she is not keeping her channel on the topics of strict carnivore (and i am an extreemely strict carnivore!).

    Fantastic interview, thank you so much for this Judy! I've experienced a direct correlation between eating lots of sugar (eg ice cream) or milk (eg a big latte) and anxiety. Or diarrhea and anxiety. I knew the two were correlated!

    Excited to heard this! Hi Judy, I haven't seen the video yet, I'm amused because just this week they gave us everything, I'm about to graduate. Tomorrow I have a presentation on Food and Nutrients, I have been checking your page and that of several colleagues this morning to introduce several more data and redo parts of my group, to avoid fat, eat more fiber and stuff, I try to not to fall into dogma, you always remind me and it is a relief to remember that the truth can actually have so many shades, sometimes it is so gray.

    • @NutritionwithJudy

    I really learned so much from you both! I struggle with vertigo. When she mentioned tinnitus it struck a nerve because I have hearing loss and wear aids (have for years). I wanted to see what she said about it but can’t find it.

    • @NutritionwithJudy
      @NutritionwithJudy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      There are many reasons for tinnitus. (e.g., mold illness, nutrient deficiency, adrenal imbalances). I'd start with a Carnivore diet (and gut healing) and then see how much it moves the needle, then try other levers as needed.

      @@NutritionwithJudy Thank you. Actually, I started carnivore and sugar-free last February. I've had wonderful results with arthritis pain gone, energy, etc. Haven't been totally pure; an occasional cheat... not all day but like one french fry from hubby's plate or one cookie twice in months, a small piece of birthday cake...). Sugar now sends my head to a drunken buzz! One day of mild vertigo started in July. I saw my PCP Aug 17; labs were better than ever -- weight, BP, cholesterol and triglycerides all down. Vertigo, imbalance started after concussing myself in August. I've been to a neurologist who wants to do a brain MRI. ? He did mention "maybe" low on B12. I mostly eat eggs and bacon for a late breakfast. I get a little hungry in the afternoon. If I snack it's deli ham and cheese. For dinner I have beef - almost a 12-16 oz ribeye mostly, between 5-6pm. Sometimes with a side of shrimp or chicken. I do drink coffee - 2 cups black in the morning; the second one with butter in it. It's my FAVORITE thing with devotions each morning. I feel somewhat successful and realize I should be more "pure" in my approach. This episode with Ali Miller gives me some ideas for supplements.

    I have smoked weed 15 years no problems. Also have gastritis about 5 years. Since goin mostly carnivore I'm 80pc better. Only time I get a flare up now is if I smoke weed 😱 I think the weed gave me the Gastritis. When I smoke now I get chest pain and go into flight mode and get an a panic.. only happened since going carnivore 😬

    Wow, this is brilliant! I'll have to watch this video several times. Does Apple cider vinegar heal epithelial lining?

    • @lf7065
      @lf7065 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, not at all. The lining is hair thin and gets easily destroyed. Best thing to heal the lining is a carnivore diet, excluding dairy. Hydrate with plenty of water. Let the lining "rest" by not eating fiber. All meat diet heals! 🙂

    Hi Judy.. I hope you are good!! I suffer from Gastritis, since going carnivore most of symptoms are gone which is a crazy as I have it 6 years. Lately I am getting twitching in the left side of my chest under my ribs and pain, am also abit constapated Any tips on what might help this???

    • @lf7065

    • @nancy9478
      @nancy9478 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Johnnyquid20I get that if I eat a salad, its very painful, bloating and belching. Next day I have joint pain and can be constipated. The yogurt may be the trigger for you, when I eat it I look pregnant, very bloated and uncomfortable. Up your fats, add more butter or ghee, bacon etc. Drop the yogurt, stay hydrated and get your electrolytes in. You will find the right amount of fat that you need to get things moving.
