I find it interesting that this is the man who was allowed to load up and drive off with Paul's wrecked boat from where it sat immediately following that wreck and sure enough, despite living an hour away, he was right there in the middle of a Murdaugh crime scene once again.
He said he thought it was overblown that Paul killed a girl while driving his boat drunk? If I thought that, I would never admit it. Shows they are oblivious to how the majority of people function in the world.
To be honest. Everyone of the people on the boat we're drunk really drunk they all chose to ride with Paul. At any time they could have made their own choices. Not to mention his behavior had happened many times before. Not crashing but being a sloppy out of control drunk. Why would any of them ride on the boat to begin with.
@@j_rainsgoat3929 You wrote exactly what I was thinking since this horrific crash happened. Paul did not point a gun at the other"kids", all voluntarily took the boot ride not only once but twice being aware of the alcohol consumption and Paul's previous irrational behavior when under the influence. If they would have crashed into another boot and somebody on this boot had been killed, I believe they all should have been prosecuted.
The kids on the boat were over 18 and drunk. They made that choice to get on that boat. They could have called someone to pick them up or knocked Paul out. I mean according to all Paul's friends they new how he got when he drank but they all still enjoyed partying and living it up with him. Paul had the money to show them a good time of course they would stick around. Stupid choices get you bad consequences.
@@mistystrickland32 yep and can you imagine going up against Harpoland knowing your child want forced to drink and ride on his boat could've walked.away many times.

Why wouldn't they want to go get phone . To me prosecutor lying trying hide stuff to trying make everything about money when their is clearly other reason someone would of killed them set Alex up

Randy is an attorney. There's nothing suspicious about calling an attorney after something like this. The US Constitution guarantees the right to an attorney. Only a complete idiot wouldn't contact an attorney in a situation like this. There's no conspiracy here, it's basic common sense.
One thing that stands out is how influential the family was in the area spanning over decades; if the wife & son were genuinely murdered by some unknown individual, the police would stop at nothing to solve the case. There'd be mountains of evidence & leads, and there'd be a task force to speak with the media & follow up on every clue ; but here they "investigated" in a very haphazard manner, told the media there was no risk to the public from the shooter/s & seemed okay with burying the case. There wasn't any real interest in the case until it got big enough in the media to warrant another look at it by LE; but if that interest hadn't been there this case probably would never have made it into a courtroom. This family have been able to avoid the consequences of their actions for so long, they seem to believe they are untouchable, and after watching the Netflix series abt the family it's pretty clear that lying is just another thing they mastered during their privileged lives.
Agree ! Did anyone notice how sooo much more emotional John M.Murdaugh is/was talking about Paul? I mean: GENUINELY .. not just sniffling, sobbing, cracking his voice when I thinks he should do so?
This family should get academy awards for their great acting in trying to portray the most perfect family in the USA. Everything was great. The family is chock full of greatness. Every relationship is great. Yet they all know Alex left a path of destruction to every client whose lives were destroyed. He destroyed his whole families lives. He stole from his own family and destroyed the lawfirm his brother was a partner in. But according to his brother, his family is great🤣🤣
exactly! they had no idea that Maggie was talking to a Lawyer about getting a divorce and Alec so claimed drug addiction and the horrific boat accident… yes very good acting
All this "addiction" stuff has been overplayed, big time. Folks need to realize that for a 57,000. a wk. "habit" and 10.00-15.00/pill street value of scripted oxies would mean AM was taking over 500 pills a day. Sorry, no " buyer" of AM's BS here. And NO way he could have meticulously and consistently done all his money deals with such craftiness. Keeping faux accts., cooking the books more or less, all in pvt. Further, with such a big Firm, and his thenbest friend for yrs from childhood through law school and until the day AM was uncovered, you can bet your bipp6 everybody would have known he was " the addict." Hockeypuck. Overblown as a " convenience" trying to make it like AM was in lala land and was out to lunch the night if the murders. And ppl thinking all that spitting out the police van door while cops were there: AM was a long time tobacco chewer...spitting and hock too-ing. Another " act." He flunked drama school. Big time.
I don't care who you tell vocally about your addictions but if you claim to spend 25 to $50,000 weekly on opiates and consume that amount of opiates it is not a secret to a soul.. the testimony that Curtis Smith is a $50,000 a week drug dealer is absolutely hilarious to me because a tree is known by its fruits.. if you are making that much money you are not going to live and look like Curtis Smith
As not a lawyer I believe Alec made up the story of being a drug addict that bad. Cover up for $greed and bad memory. The prosecution better get the ball rolling. Who is Alec drug supplier or how did he kept getting so much drugs ?
Save your sympathy. This man didn’t search for Mallory, instead he hauled his brothers boat. He hauled out drunken Paul’s overturned car and berated his terrified girlfriend for calling 911. He helped recover Maggie s phone (no tears then) which AM was so keen to show he’d called to establish his alibi. But he didn’t help unlock Paul’s phone, though the code was easy (Paul’s DOB). He flew to the Bahamas with Alex after his financial crimes were uncovered, probably to hide money. Went to Las Vegas with Buster. Took guns out of Moselle after the killings (no tears then)…….ad infinitum
To me SLED have made so many errors, the protection initially of the crime scene was rediculas , amateurish , and again when John Marvin showed SLED the whereabouts s of Maggie's mobile they weren't interested , said they would do that later , l really do believe that Alex ... yes he's a crook in many ways and a liar but l dont believe he killed his son n wife , where a the motive ? The night my brother made the conscious choice to suck on the end of a 12-gauge shotgun after the police were finished who do you think they turned the crime scene over to? The family that owned the place.. who do you think was responsible for cleaning up said remnants? It's not like after the investigation the police department calls in a biohazard crew to clean up for you.. if the family has the money they can buy that service or the family is left picking brain matter off the ceiling fan.. if that was just a little too gruesome than oh well, I'm not the type that lives in dictates my every move on emotions and feelings.
The lack of boundaries as a sign of “closeness” and emotional manipulation as a sign of “caring” is the red flags among dysfunctional families. A narcissistic family cult.
@@drewski8138 AM pretended to be close to Paul and Maggie. He pretended to care for them and being a close knit family, but he murdered them in cold blood - just like he pretended to be close to his clients, while stealing millions of dollars from them. He severely lacks self boundaries

I read an article on that this week, there are two unexplained deaths in that area that they sispected Paul andvBuster but it was covered up. Maggie and Alex did a shitty job raising these kids they are apparently entitled spoiled brats. Oh its just so sad
You know your family so well, but you only know what they WANT you to know. Every family has their skeletons. Things they don't want the extended family or others to know, see or hear. This is true of literally every family.
There are no secrets here. They enjoyed a Hootie concert and you're all suddenly convinced? GTFOH this family left a wake of bodies. It's silly it took this long for even suspicion to arise. I just wish I could stand next to a Murdock for one moment. (Murdaugh... I'm convinced they pronounce it like that intentionally so they can claim "well I'm not Murdock so..... thats not me")
John Marvin didn't fool me. He participated in the cover up regarding the boat case that resulted in a teenager's death. John Marvin pranced right up to the scene of the crash and hauled the wrecked boat away when the dead teenager's parents were REFUSED access to scene of the accident. Utterly disgusting. I’ve never heard of a family member cleaning up biological matter at a crime scene. Even if Alex didn’t murder his family, this trial has exposed a truly weird family.
NO IS NOT . Is it His nephew remained, He loves his nephew. Anyone would want to give a Christian consideration by respectfully picking up everything in this case his brain . If it is a body anyone, even a stranger would cover the body ! Don’t it be obvious that a uncle will want to honor his young nephew by giving the last respect picking up his remaining. Do you think it would have been “ NORMAL” just to leave his nephew remaining on the floor and JUST LEAVE ?
for goodness sake calm down! It was a crime scene and nobody- absolutely nobody- should have been allowed to touch anything until forensics and law enforcement completely finished and opened area up again to the public. Anything else is criminal!
In the UK as the family of a brutally murdered victim, we cleaned up the scene once the police had finished gathering evidence. No-one else was offering to do it.
Maybe because it’s the only time he can talk about Paul. I’m only a little through but I think he enjoys talking about him and probably doesn’t do it a lot after he passed.
True. Witnesses are not suppose to be listening or sitting in the court room, not until after they have testified under oath on tbe witness stand. Once they've testified, and been determined not to be called again, recalled - only then are they suppose to be allowed to sit in the court room and listen in.
He doesn't believe Alex killed them. I believe that 100 percent. His testimony helps Alex. Whenever I don't want to believe it I just remember Chris Watts and what man is actually capable of.
@jessaabraham: You do see that is a massive problem in this family, don’t you? There were never any consequences. No matter what happened, even if illegal all the uncles and granddad, aunties, and grandmas petted them, paid off the law and victims, or intimidated them, so that each subsequent younger generation was protected from any consequences and responsibilities, learning nothing, having no values, no empathy and after awhile you get people like Alex, Buster, and Paul. Especially Paul who John Marvin describes as flawless, but whose friends found to be hurtful, dangerous, and a drunken bully who was frightening and ultimately killed one, with no grief nor remorse. Paul pushed his old man’s last button with the boat crash, bringing down the rotten house and setting the stage for his father’s downfall. Paul and his mother, who was taking action that would have exposed Alex and his decades long misconduct, thievery, lying, manipulation, and corruption. In a way Maggie and Paul got exactly what they should have expected, a monster, just like them. They were cursed by incompetence and a lack of morals in the adults in their lives.
The brothers are as big liars as Alex. I saw them on tv looking the interviewer directly in the eye and telling her they never knew of Paul ever drinking.
It’s crazy how fast that family came crashing down but I honestly believe their corruption started over a 100 years ago and they probably got bolder and bolder, generation by generation, until Alex.
He's so helpful at crimes scenes... Especially when he moved the boat from the Mallory Beach crime scene. He needs to just go back to the casino with Buster!!... So sickening.
The whole family are as privaledged & shady as he'll! And AM is as guilty as he'll - he admitted this when on the stand and asked by Jim 'did you kill your son and wife?' And before her replied individually, he rubbed his teeth with his tongue. His family knows he lies when he does that (body language 101)
He’s the “perfect” witness. He knows enough about crime scenes to call his police officer “friend” to ask if it was okay to go to the crime scene. Why not call the detectives on the case? Also, he’s so overwhelmed with grief that he cleans the freakin crime scene. Again, he knew enough about crime scenes that he paused to ask if it was okay to go to a crime scene but not enough to pause and ask himself if it’s okay to clean up the crime scene. Give me 1 million breaks!!!!!!
The way they talk about Paul, Buster, and Alex leaving things everywhere; mainly Paul. They make it seem like it's something normal or something funny or cute. In reality it's because they had so much money that they didn't care about anything, everything was disposable to them. Nothing had sentimental value to them because if you have something you really care about, cherish, or you worked hard to buy something you are not going to leave it just anywhere; all the time, every time. That's really sad. Just goes to tell you a lot. That's why they were spoiled brats and that's why Alex annihilated his family, they were disposable to him.
They went in this direction to plant the idea that anyone could have taken Paul's firearms from the property at any point bc he left them laying around and not secured responsibly in the gun room. Trying to lead jury to believe someone else could have had the opportunity. Also convenient the gun killing Maggie hasn't been recovered but the ammo was described to match Paul's missing rifle.
I would love to hear cousin Eddie testify.Alex was the Boss Hogg of those counties and the same families for 100 yrs they all work together to protect each other.the sheriff is fired for the boat wreck .The house maid is dug up insurance fraud is everywhere drug dealing was big time and lots of money went missing.crime scene spoiled .situation normal for smugglers paradise. Its been this way forever
I actually liked this guy (still think Alec is 1,000% guilty), but this brother seemed really down to earth and genuine. Until he said the “boating accident was blown way out of proportion”. Yeah, he lost me there. I’m not going to value testimony from a witness when they say something so blatantly out of touch with reality.
I agree. It's really disrespectful to the young woman who died, and her family. He has strong family loyalty, and he only knew the sweet, hard working nephew Paul, not the drunken, obnoxious, irresponsible person who caused a terrible deadly boat crash. Blinders.
It might not have been “blown out if proportion” if the They hadn’t tried to obstruct the investigation, treated Ms. Beach’s family better, and immediately try to cover up what happened. This entire family is disgusting.
Kelly, they wanted the jury to SEE her emotions! Shelley wound up being, in my opinion, the one who took him down aside from Blanca and the video. Listen to Mr Meadors closing-Shelley is a hero. 💗
His brother "I know Alec so well, we are a very close family". Also his brother "I had zero idea he had a major opioid addiction for over a decade". Son Buster "we are a very close family" . Also Buster "I don't know what date his birthday is" . Despite having JUST celebrated it the weekend before rmthe murders .
Honestly I believe the brother probably knows more based on his intuition, but the son probably knows a lot more. The son seemed very insincere and very unlikable. Spoiled.

And this police friend - who met you in the middle of the night at your specific request to make sure you get to this family crisis, gets out ahead of you and leaves you behind.. 🤔 Why do all their stories seem so incredible?
All AM had to do to be proven innocent was hand over the clothes he was wearing in that tree video. This whole trial would of never happened. Instead he lied and lied and wouldn’t turn over the clothes. To me that means he’s 100% guilty. Plus why didn’t he care about finding the killer? He don’t even remember what his last words to Maggie was.

I wish the prosecution would just say that. And AM the idiot said on the stand that it was Maggie’s idea to meet at Moselle ! Gad. Her sister had previously testified that Maggie didn’t want to, was disappointed to have to go there. 65 mile drive too. And she also said AM also told Paul to come out there. Then gee, they were both shot. With AM at the scene. I don’t see why there needs to be a trial ! Just lock him up.

He is reliving those moments! And I hope he continues seeing them! Until he admits to what he did he can never heal from it!
I have worked closely with John on a number of things and I am compelled to speak on his character. He is one of the finest men I have ever known. He almost always takes the high road. He is extremely generous and genuinely cares for people around him. He is a tough and fair man. Very misunderstood by those who do not know him closely.
What a brother. I cant imagine having to do that cleaning. In my head this man did the cleaning out of love. I may be so far off, but that is what my heart is telling me. Thank God, Im not on that jury.
Yes, this is true. But in no way do I think this honest, genuine, sweet man knew or believed that his brother murdered his wife or son. I just believe based on the way he is talking and describing the events that he still finds it hard to wrap his brain around what has happened. He is still struggling 😪 Heck, this isn't my family and I am struggling to wrap my brain around this unbelievable tragedy and heinous crimes.
No matter the situation life does go on for the living. The day after I found my brother deceased from a chosen self-inflicted GS wound to the mouth and subsequently cleaning up the remnants thereof I was at work the day after and the following days. Not everybody dictates every aspect of their being on feelings and emotions.. I am a reality driven individual and if it is garbage from the past go talk to your therapist about it because I'm not living there. I don't care who you are.
I’m not buying his reasons for cleaning up. I think he’s sincere in his grief but I also think he was protecting his brother. It’s what these folks seem to do.
Especially after seeing the Netflix program I’m not at all impressed with this guy. He actively helped clean things up like moving guns out of a property after the murders. Wtf isn’t HE being prosecuted ???
I haven’t watched the Netflix however I saw a drone video of them retrieving the guns on Ethan’s channel & I find it ultimately spish that the White truck pulls up at the kennels!!! Hiding the guns in a kennel would make sense!!!
This Murdaugh is the ONLY one I've seen showing emotions. God bless you, and your family sir. I'm glad you don't appear corrupt by the family career choice.
The biggest take away from this testimony is the difference between this uncles true grief at the loss of Paul vs “The Alex Show”. But after he makes the statement that his brother Alex has been completely cooperative with authorities the entire time, regardless of the big lie - the rest of his testimony loses all credibility. (Damn, at first I was thinking this was the “good” brother🤥) Don’t think the defense thought this one through.
Valerie Curtis at this point AM has not been found guilty. Even if the man is convicted, a loving family member, like this brother, would still cares and it is his prerogative.
@@walliegirl2, I agree with you. It is interesting that so far, the videos that I watched did not show anyone questioning the other brother, Randy Murdaugh. He is one of the lawyers that ended up taking a big financial hit when they discovered that Alex was stealing from the firm and the clients. I wonder if he lost all loyalty toward Alex after what he did to his friends and co-workers. Maybe he would have been a detriment to the defense's case. Alex's co-workers that were not related to him had nothing good to say about him.
Seeings how Canada is Larger than the US but the US has a Population of 321.2 Million population compared to Canadas much larger Country with a mere 35.8 million population. What do you mean? This was a hunting family on a hunting estate. The two dead people were shot with guns. What the hell else would they be talking about?
The difference between this man’s reaction and Alec’s reaction in the police van in what he claimed at the time was minutes after finding the bodies only a few feet away from where they sat is enough to convict him to my mind. Alec never acted the way a shocked person would-he was orderly in his presentation punctuated with fake crying (wiping away tears that weren’t there), giving irrelevant details about sunflowers (a common thing for guilty people), no confusion, no wanting to know who did it. His brother shows how grieving people act. Everyone keeps saying what a good marriage Alex had but they were separated. She was at the beach house and they were fighting about selling it. Alex wanted more money. He always wanted more money (sufficient motive, I should think.) when Alex called her and told her to meet him at the kennels, she was surprised and called her sister on the way saying that something fishy was going on with Alex. His cold manipulation within sight of the blasted bodies, after showering and trying to convince the housekeeper that he was at the house longer than he was, are other signs of his guilt.
No way am I disputing if he did or didn't... not my job to, however comments like this is the best example of ruling your head with you heart/lack of logical thinking... thankfully you are not a member of the jury... guilty until proven innocent seems to be how every approaches life these days! Learning the difference between "feelings" and emotions aswell as critical thinking is a skill that many don't have unfortunately. How dreadful for all families involved. 😔
Alex is so cold, he's still blaming this on the boat case as if to say his son's actions contributed to his death. Maggie and Paul's killing was related to the boat case--Alex killed them becasue the boat case was about to expose his financial crimes.
@CunningStunt017 I see no "heart ruling the head" in the comment. It's straight from the evidence; sound, measured calculated observations of a clear crime and its clear perpetrator.
This guy was the best witness the defense had! Not scientific, not a witness to the crimes, but a brother who loves and cares for his family, through everything they have been through! He seems like the family member who keeps them all together, not the big rich lawyer, but the hardworking independent family member!
With regards to John M's testimony yesterday, in the below youtube clip of his entire testimony, at the 1:08 mark Griffin starts asking about SLED searching the house and asked John if he was informed of any items seized. John replies he was told they found a coat but Owens would not tell him anything further and at 1:09 specifically states "they didn't tell me what kind of coat" and offers to identify it. At 1:10 he states Owens told him he could not or would not show him the coat. Griffin then asks him if sometime later John was asked to identify a blue raincoat. Griffin then asks John if he knew where the raincoat was seized from, and John replies "I knew where it was seized from because he (sic Owens) had already told me." Which version is it--Owens told him simply they found a coat with no description or Owens told him they found a blue raincoat? As if only ONE COAT exists in that gigantic house? (PS Amazing how the killers didn't want to shoot Alex, and oh by the way why he shaved his body, was likely because oxy only survives in blood a short time 6-18 hours but lives on in hair 90 days and maybe because the head of SLED received a text to get a search warrant for Alex's hair and he got tipped off? He shaved EVERYTHING but amazingly, after 90 days never shaved himself again. A great analogy is when you get your hair dyed and it's been a month and your first inch is gray but the distal part of the hair strand still has color on it. th-cam.com/video/BN05dZUYNlo/w-d-xo.html

And the Oscar goes to Alex and his siblings 👏👏 And since when do family members clean up after a double homicide . This trial should've taken place in a different state !!
That's probably not even legal. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ Family members clean up crime scenes every day. When it is no longer considered a crime seen, meaning the police, detectives, coroners are done with the scene, the family is responsible to either clean it or hire someone. I happen to know this from a friends unfortunate experience. The police only take away evidence. They typically give you a card for a crime scene clean up company, or if you can’t afford it, the family is left to clean up the mess. This may vary from state to state.
their not suppose to, PD is to secure the crime scene and get statements until crime scene investigators, homicide, forensics corner....etc to arrive- how do you NOT know that!!!

This guy has watched the trial, as has Buster. They both know Alec, whom they tirelessly cover for, killed his wife and son. I think they are worried about what Alex will help string them up for of they don't cover up this crime as much as possible. They are covering for Alex like they are trying to save their own skin. I hope the police look into them. There is clear evidence that they are in on some of Alec's crimes. I see no sign that they feel Alec every did anything wrong. That's pretty messed up. The police did not secure the scene, they did not get a jump on evidence. This is all super fishy!!!
Something I've noticed after watching John Marvin and Buster (Richard Alexander) Murdaugh's testimonies is that they both seem 'practiced', the same way a politician would be. Mannerisms, tone of voice, hand gestures, choice of words.... the men in the Murdaugh family conditioned themselves to appear affable, approachable, and honest. Buster's soft tone when he interjects "That's right" throughout his testimony shows he was trained in this way, in my opinion. We do know that Buster was removed from his university for plagiarism and I'm sure this gentleman sells a lot of equipment with his affability.
Very rehearsed. Buster is an immature clown, he’d never make it as a lawyer, even if it was handed to him on a silver platter. Spoiled elites get the wake up call they deserved.

I always thought they got every part of a dead body, this is the first case I’ve ever heard of where they left brains, and other pieces of the body at the scene of a crime. I’ve even watched cases where it would take them days to find little children’s bones, but they didn’t stop until they found them all. I do not believe a family member is allowed by law to go to the Scene of a Crime being investigated. I really don’t know what to think at this point in the trial. When my ex’s mom and dad was trying to get custody of my sons years ago, my mother, or his was not allowed into the Court Room until it was time for them to testify. Of course, I won custody of my 2 sons, I said that to say this, how are witnesses allowed to watch the case, they are going to have to testify at. I feel for the mom, and son, what a tragic way to die. This trail has been going on, with this man half the time he’s crying, in between smiling. I don’t think they will ever find out the real truth to what really happened. It’s such a sad situation for the family members that were not involved. Plus what kind of parents are not going to know where their son is, when he’s out in a boat, drinking way under age, so sad that young girl had to lose her life so young, at someone drunk being stupid. Sometimes I wonder is all this really real!!! They got every one so mixed up by now, you really don’t know what to believe, except for 5 people really are dead. The Father, the mother, the son, the young girl, and what in the hell does that beautiful young boy that was a twin, have to do with dragging his name into this case. The whole bunch of them sounds like Narcissist’s, that are all social paths to, the law enforcement, and all of them. Stay out of South Carolina is all I have left to say!!!
I'm a mortician but prior to that I did crime scene clean up. Once the investigation is over we would often clean up fragments of brain matter and other biological matter its quite common for blood or tissue to be left behind especially with this type of scene.
Lots of times blood ans brain matter are left behind in crime scenes. Many suicides, natural deaths, aren't cleaned up at all beyond removing the body. Law enforcement aren't allowed to reccomend services to the public. Look up natural crime scene cleaners here on TH-cam and they explain this exactly.

Any good lawyer would do the same. A spouse is the first suspect, and having a lawyer is very important.
Only focusing on Alex is the problem!

Good point. True.
Perfect explanation👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Exactly. Nothing is sacred to this family but power.
Also shows how entitled he was. Assuming someone else would come along and clean up his messes…
Like pirates never died.
Everyone gets a bottle of water except for the black caregiver.Damn shame.
This guy is a wolf in sheep’s clothing!
These things stood out to me too.
Honestly I believe the brother probably knows more based on his intuition, but the son probably knows a lot more. The son seemed very insincere and very unlikable. Spoiled.

As a Canadian, it’s disturbing to hear everyone seemingly talk so casually about guns.
As an American who abhors guns, it’s shocking to me, too! Utterly shocking!
Seeings how Canada is Larger than the US but the US has a Population of 321.2 Million population compared to Canadas much larger Country with a mere 35.8 million population. The state of California has more people than the entire country of Canada at 36 million people. Do the math on crime. Hunting, etc.
You'll wish you had one if someone decides to break in your house.
You’re funny

How dreadful for all families involved. 😔
Alex is so cold, he's still blaming this on the boat case as if to say his son's actions contributed to his death. Maggie and Paul's killing was related to the boat case--Alex killed them becasue the boat case was about to expose his financial crimes.
Exactly. He is so obvious to me. Hopefully justice is served.
@CunningStunt017 I see no "heart ruling the head" in the comment. It's straight from the evidence; sound, measured calculated observations of a clear crime and its clear perpetrator.
They weren’t separated. They owned two homes and she preferred the one closest to the beach during the summer.

Are you just spewing baseless garbage or do you have some facts to back those allegations?
@@BLACKLACDTS nah, nothing baseless at all. It’s fact that the Murdaugh’s including Maggie have covered up crimes like Paul’s car accident where they came and cleared up all the beer cans and guns instead of calling the police. And the fact that they tried to pin the boating accident on another kid or Alex’s financial crimes. They had the law in their pocket and the whole town knows it. Every single incident around them needs to be reopened and investigated by non biased police/feds.

And since when do family members clean up after a double homicide . This trial should've taken place in a different state !!
That's probably not even legal. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ Family members clean up crime scenes every day. SLED made too many mistakes with not processing the scene correctly but this fact alone isn't fully incriminating of any favoritism. I don't think he should've been allowed to give the cop a tour of the house though.
When it is no longer considered a crime seen, meaning the police, detectives, coroners are done with the scene, the family is responsible to either clean it or hire someone. I have a dear friend who's son had a friend that shot himself at her home. She had to clean up the blood. She was partly in shock and crying the whole time. So horrific.

Don't forget the housekeeper that accidentally died on their property.
Alex took the money from that settlement.
If they're not corrupt as all hell this family certainly has a multigenerational curse on them. Both good reasons to steer clear lmao
Aman was shot outside a hotel. His brains were lying by bushes 3 days later.....
This man touched my heart! God Bless You
His job!!! 😳
He's The Cleaner!!! 😳
Just imagine WHAT & WHO has been disposed of over the years!
This isn't a movie for entertainment. He's a real person who's lost loved ones. Please have a little respect.
This man should never of touched anything at the crime scene ! Who allowed him to do so , isn’t that tampering with the evidence ?
He's a stark difference than his brother. Alex has a dark, cold energy about him. His brother seems charming and warm
These ppl are all so ridiculous...they all say they had no idea about his drug addiction...they had no idea he was stealing money...but yet they know..they just know he was so distract and destroyed in the days after the murder!!! Like he hasn't had practice living a double life and doing what he needs to do to hide everything for the last 15 yrs but NOW his emotions are all real!!! Come on ppl wake up!!!!
Totally agree. The comment section shows how so many people lack common sense. This guy is a crook too!
Normal families do not have nephews suspected in the death of others.
@ Georgia Amanatides. Since Paul drove the boat and had the wreck, it was more than suspected. He was responsible for her drowning and the injuries to the other passengers.
@@libbyworkman3459 since they all chose to get on the boat drunk I have no sympathy for any of them. You make horrible choices and you accept the consequences that come
@@SalAcceturra they Said afterward that they begged him to slow down or to let one of them drive the boat.
@Linda Hager wow....
@@libbyworkman3459 I agree but, for legal purposes, since it is only suspected of the surviving brother, I used the term I did.
