There are incredible classes, fun-filled events, and amazing vendors throughout this 4-day convention. Hi Natalie. Living in Australia it was amazing to see what New York city is like and seeing you attend the four days of Yarny event. We have quilting and craft shows here which are similar but we didn't have them over the pandemic. Thankyou for showing us .

Oh my gosh. We were in the same Joji and Veera sweater class but I didn't notice that you were there! I had to leave right at noon for brunch and a matinee show with my daughter who lives there otherwise I definitely would have recognized you and your gorgeous boxy! I stayed out with her until it was nearly time for the gala. I did see you in passing at the market Friday evening, but was on my way out to a play with my daughter (again) so skipped the reception. The sweater class was the best! I am thrilled to have all my measurements -- that alone was worth it!

Congratulations on winning the gift bag. Great job highlighting VKL23. It was AMAZING. I was there on Saturday and Sunday. It was great to be back taking classes in person and spending time with fiber friends. I attended a Lecture class with Vincent Williams of Visuvious Crafts and Aleks Byrd featuring Roosimine both awesome designer's. The fashion show from Labienaimee blew me away. I was able to see and feel the yarns used in Aimee curated collection on Sunday. Two highlights for me this year was meeting and hugging Joji Locatelli and the MTA display. The display brought back childhood memories of riding the NYC subways.

I loved this!!!! I had a flight to attend VKL in 2020....unfortunately a snowstorm hit Chicago on Friday night and my flight was cancelled....I was so sad. Hope to make it there again some day. We finally were able to rebook our flights and went to NYC for the first time this past summer! Thanks for sharing all the yarny goodness.

Looks like fun. The only thing that I don't get is why they don't open the marketplace Thursday through Sunday? Open for every one. The sellers would make more money because some people may only be able to go on Thursday, or Friday morning. We just had our knitting event here and every year the marketplace is open to everyone Thursday through Sunday. I can't wait to see what you got. It looks like some really cool things.

#question Knitters seem to be very much into these beautiful, hand dyed yarns. But I almost never see crocheters using it. Any idea why? Is it not as good for crochet? Everything you make is so stunningly beautiful, and I just wonder if it’s the high quality yarn that is making the difference. Do you ever just use craft store yarn?

Going along with you was neat, but the music was so distracting and the opposite of relaxing.
Regarding your knitting through a Broadway show, sometimes its nice to do one thing at a time. Give yourself permission to “not knit”.

Hey Martha! We think there is a volume issue with using the mics, sorry about that. We'll be able to account for it in future videos! If you're able to turn the volume up all the way or use headphones, it should resolve the low volume in this video.
I had head phones on also it would break up in parts. Could have been dead spots. It did look like fun. Keep up the good work. Thanks for responding.
