    I think I suggested having your knitting friends in a video when you asked for #videorequests in one of your podcasts:
    Amy's wonderful! A complete natural in front of the camera 🙂 It was good to have someone to bounce off of for this vlog of your retreat.

    Hi Natalie! Because of your video, I attended this year (a couple weeks ago). I really enjoyed it and I just re-watched your video and it was pretty much exactly the same this year! Though this year they had a tribute in Suzanne's honor, and the guest evening speaker was the woman from mYak. It was fascinating! I took all 3 of my classes from OlgaJazzy.

    This looks like so much fun. I think I'm going to try a diy yarn retreat with my besties at a lower price point and healthy food. I just can't say no to pastries and dessert at every meal, and i really shouldn't be eating that way. Oh, to be young again. Gorgeous location! Thanks for letting us see!

    Oh, Natalie! Looks like you had a wonderful time at this retreat! Someday, I hope I can attend one of these. Unfortunately, my pocketbook and health issues keep me dreaming at home, lol! Thankfully, though, I manage to keep stitching and on occasion I'm able to splurge on some new fun yarns, tools or patterns.
    Thank you so much for sharing your Knitting adventure. Please, do it again.

    Sorry if someone already asked this, but how was it having Kent with you? What did he do during the day? I’d love for my husband to come if I were to go next year, but was curious what there was outside of the retreat either at the hotel or locally for any tag along guests not participating in retreat events, and whether you were able to pay for his meals or if he had to fend for himself for food.

    #question so are we going to address how classist and ableist this event is/was? Or are we just going to ignore the elephant in the room? FYI saying “there’s elevators here” does very little to show how accessible an event or space can be for a disabled person hoping to feel included in events such as this one. All of this goes far beyond this just being an exclusionary event and I’m sorry if I’m coming off strongly, I genuinely adore you and your videos Natalie but I don’t understand how we’ve just completely skipped past acknowledgement at the very least.

  • @omgreallylol
    @omgreallylol ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Really? You had Kent chauffeur you to Texas to film you walking from door one classroom to door two classroom and watching you speed knitting. We watch you knitting and it doesn’t matter where. You hardly showed anything of the retreat other than food. What a waste of time.
