I did 7 interviews and picked a broker I felt was the best fit for me. Did a 50% 50% commission split in exchange for coaching and leads and I’m on deal 10 in my first 10 months with 1M + in listings 80% of nothing is nothing 50% of a lot is plenty Especially being new I picked a small brokerage where I worked hand n hand with my broker. For me, it let me learn more and make more mistakes
How did you find that broker? I’m in Keller Williams rn, and this video just made me think about leaving KW and joining a smaller brokerage or somewhere I can grow like you did.
@@joseduarte134 Google brotha! Find a name that’s small interview with them and see what they can offer. They are way more eager for you to win if they have skin in the game
Got my license and joined a team a couple of weeks later....it's been a month and I'm now googling how to get leads and get started. Ugh. Choosing the right team is truly important. Fingers crossed that things get better!
You crack me up man...I was waiting in suspense for your reveal at 1:48..lol. I just got my license and I (inadvertently) joined a top-producing team. Love your videos and based a presentation including a timeline for buyers after offer acceptance based on one of your previous uploads.
I have been licensed since late April ’23 & being that I’ve always been a rather independent individual, I had planned to begin my business that way… “Drinking from a fire hose“ has been common reference & COMPLETELY TRUE ‼️ So, coming across you, & recognizing, by your presentation, that I would not be getting to the place I anticipate being without shared knowledge, I am easily surrendering my independent attitude, and hoping to be on a team of two within my current brokerage🌱😉👍‼️ I did though “receive” my tentative first client this weekend by getting stuck in a slushy parking lot! A couple who had just moved to my town {& who helped dig me out of the slushy situation } from Pennsylvania have friends who are moving into town as well and they need a realtor‼️ so the man recognized the KW Realty stickers that were sitting on the dashboard of my car, sought me out by looking up my name on Instagram‼️ Appreciation expressed once again 🙇♀️‼️
I just your video about your quitting RE, but I'm glad I just watched this one too. I will follow your advice and join a team. I hope you success in your investment career!!!
I’m in the process of getting my license, and already interviewed with many brokers and now came to the point of joining a team because I don’t want to be solo. In Vancouver,Canada.
thanks for this im really new just out of highschool and was wondering if real estate or nursing is the way and i think i just need to understand it more and your really helped
I try to do the team but did not work out and I am back to being solo. Also, I try to get on the top teams out there but did not let me join. Also, do open houses and help top producers on hold an open house and have a small team. I did not join that team because the broker did not let me join I got rejected two times.
Sooo helpful omg! Im getting ready to renew my real estate license after giving up on it the beginning of my 2nd year(1st year was a complete waste, didn't take it serious) This vid helped me out so much! When you got up out of your seat, I was like "Nooo wait, don't leave! Where ya goin'?" 😂😂😂 Your awesome though. You have a new subscriber
The one thing he’s not telling you is that you don’t get to walk away from the team with your book of clients. Your entire sphere and every contact and connection you make stays with the team. As soon as you quit, the new rookie on the team is calling everyone you already spoke to
Hey Aram, I recently got a real estate coach. Should I still join a team or just listen to my coach, mind you she’s in Florida while I’m in Toronto, Canada
Id still join a team because they can give you local leads just to help through the beginning stages unless you feel like the type that’s going to go crazy on the grind side
Thank you for your video, and for very useful advice! I just got my license, and I really willing to do a lot in order to learn directly from a successful agent. I speak 4 languages and I think this is a big plus in this profession. But the most difficult here in Miami to find the top producing team. Do you know any good brokers here in South Florida?
Just started last month and decided to join a team. My goal is too make a 100k by the end of 2024. If i come back that means i accomplished my goal 😁 wish me luck.

That’s exactly how its done congratulations my brother 🙏

Thank you my man!! Glad you found me 🙏
Real estate investment losing money is a story to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now.
Your a godsend
here to help haha
I’m actually looking to do wholsaling and it’s interesting seeing both sides wholesaling vs realtor kind of similar
It really is we both do the same thing just for different buyers and sellers
The one thing he’s not telling you is that you don’t get to walk away from the team with your book of clients. Your entire sphere and every contact and connection you make stays with the team. As soon as you quit, the new rookie on the team is calling everyone you already spoke to
Perfect advice 🎉
So glad it’s helpful 🙏
This is good!
Thank you my friend!
Hey Aram, I recently got a real estate coach. Should I still join a team or just listen to my coach, mind you she’s in Florida while I’m in Toronto, Canada
Aram charges less than $100, I believe per month.
Great advice from Aram. Yes joining a team is a shortcut. Follow someone successful and grow faster.
Id still join a team because they can give you local leads just to help through the beginning stages unless you feel like the type that’s going to go crazy on the grind side
Thank👍👍
