    Love the pots, great job, I think they would look great painted with a marble effect or tribal patterns. Did you buy the moulds or make them? OK, so the Ring of Fire is still one of my wishlist plants so obviously I prefer that to the Florida Ghost. I too love the Brasil for the colouring of the stems in higher light and I find the Silver Stripe looks plastic like a fake plant; I much prefer the Cream Splash visually over the Silver Stripe. I can't pick a favourite between the Jerry Horne & the 69868 as they are both unique in their own way regarding the leaf shape when mature but when looking at your 2 plants side by side I was getting drawn more to the Jerry Horne. I love my White Princess especially when you get the candy cane effect on the stems. The White Knight doesn't really attract my eye so Princess wins the day out of those two. As much as I love the Thai Constellation I actually love the Jose Buono more due to the ease of propagation and it's faster growth rate. If you check out Hakunalaplanta on youtube his Jose Buonos are just spectacular, it's worth watching Kevin's plant tours as all his plants are just incredible, especially when you see the size of the leaves some of his plants push out! Oh man, Ozark, what a show but for some reason I was left feeling disappointed with the ending and find that with the "in demand" series lately Netflix seems to rush the endings spoiling these great shows, in my opinion anyway. 👏👏👏👏( You know what that's for ) 😉🤣 Thanks for another great video Dave and blessings to You and your Fam 🤗

    Hi Dave! I do like your new planters your making! Super neat and I think you will continue to master your new art! You should try some smaller ones too!! All your philos are looking great! I just found on Thursdsy a Florida Green for $15 @ The Home Depot....and a Silver Sword for $20 which I already had the SS, but got another, anyways the Florida green I will put on the moss poles, since I have the same ones as your ghost! And your ghost is loving them....I never found any plant that loved them so they are in the basement.....so I am excited! I see as the video is playing you have a couple more plants on them....so maybe I will stick to the philos for the moss poles....love this video and can't wait to see your outdoors soon! Man oh man these are some tough matchups toDAY! 🤣
    1. I’m going FL ghost, I personally have a FL green and a jungle boogie already - and while the RoF is on my wishlist, the ease of the FL cannot be beat! I think I would like the stages of green the ghost throws out as it grows vs the variegation of the Beauty or even the RoF, if I HAD to choose 😊
    2. Def Brazil. I love that dark green with the chartreuse/lt green contrast AND those sunset colored stems 😍🤤
    To your point though, the Stripe would look nice in a light colored pot - like those super cool concrete ones you’re making. Def gonna have to copy that project idea, they look awesome 🤩
    Maybe try a light colored wash/spray or sealant on one for the Stripe? 🤔
    3. Can’t choose, love them both 🥰
    Idk if you watch Nick Pileggi, but one day I would like to have a wall trellis with a Jerry, a 69686, some Floridas/Pedatum/Squami’s 😍😍😍 those leaf shapes! They’re like little 🤗, or 🎭. Love love love
    4. Pass, not a fan of either or white var lol. I’ll take a consolation prize RoF here though 😏😉
    your white princess is really nice tho, although I do like the knight’s stem coloration
    5. Jose > Thai. See above lol. Also toooo many planty people better with monstera than I have had Thai issues, I’m not tryin to have my feelings hurt like that
    BUT either way, Jose’s camo color effect is 🔥 af.
    🧐This is the first I’m hearing that he’s also easy to care for, soooo SOLD #nextacquisition
    Great video! Can you give us a quick demo video of how you’re making the pots too/the steps involved? And, would you try more traditional pottery, just out of curiosity?

    • @AroidDistrict
      @AroidDistrict  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You already know, I always understand your points of view. Yeah I'll put the Silver Stripe in one of those cement pots. I think I will go ahead and do a quick how to for the pots. I don't think I'll get in to the traditional pottery because its already messy and pots normally be cheap. I just love seeing cement color n texture, so I wanted to make these myself.

    I think I’m the only person not into the birds-nest type of growth in philodendrons, unless its the Tortum. 1. Ghost. 2. Brazil. (The orange stems!) 3. 69686 (Bunny ears and exaggerated shape.) 4. Princess. (Do you also have a White Wizard? I get all of those plants confused.) 5. Thai Con. (Sucker for heart shaped leaves and my Albo need another Monstera friend.)

    • @AroidDistrict
