    Personally ( 17 years old male) I grew from 175cm to 178m in two months, after I started hitting the gym (no squats, or deadlifts) and swimming once a week.

      Edoardo Volpi I absolutely acknowledge that it’s probably mostly genetics, but in some cases, especially after puberty, environmental factors such as stretching, training, eating and sleeping can definitely help you ad a couple of extra inches to your height.

      @@EL-dd7od if your genetics allows you to do so, otherwise u can train and eat as much as you but you ain't gonna grow anyway, especially after 25, if you're 17 u can still grow of course but you would have grown anyways. Ur goal shouldn't be hitting the gym to grow taller but to get fit, having a good lifestyle always pays off, whether you grow or not.

      And in a certain way u grow taller with a better lifestyle but not exactly, with a better lifestyle u get the most out of genetics so you get the maximum of your growth but you won't get taller than your genetics tells you, but, is not just about being tall is also about being healthy, strong bones, cells, etc.. the most of your genetics in everything.

      Edoardo Volpi I agree, I have tall parents so one of the reasons I have a good lifestyle is to grow taller and get the most out of my genetics, although it’s primarily to stay fit.

    pull ups, muscle ups, bodyweight exercises etc. are all part of Calisthenics. Instead of weights try Calisthenics

      Just be careful when doing certain calisthenics as they can cause injury if not shown correctly. Calisthenics movements are great but some of the movements are not necessary for Growing Taller (for example: muscle ups)

      @@TheGrowTallerGuru Yeah, not all Calisthenic movements are for increasing height but in terms of building lean muscle simultaneously they are incredible whereas weights alone like squats, deadlifts etc. compress our bodies during the process

    Alright so I’m going to say this !! I was 5,7 5,6 before the gym and I did workout a few but the most effective ways to get taller is working out stretching eating protein and sleep !!!! Now combine alll those and you will grow! I’m currently 6,1 and now 18 I was 5,7 just a year ago my dad is 5,8 and my mom is 5ft ! You will get taller if you have a healthy lifestyle GENETICS ARE A HUGE PART however if you don’t sleep and don’t eat then how tf you gonna grow to the way you want too it makes absolute no sense

    I’m 14 and 6’2”. I lift weights (squats, deadlifts, etc.) I have been since I was 12. They definitely don’t stunt your growth at all

    good i did not use weights or exercises when i was 14-15 instead i play basketball. I started use weights 18 years old. I am 5 foot 10 (180 cm) and with shoes 6 foot. My older brother is 6 foot (184cm). my parents are short but i eat everything good nutrition when i was baby and mum cook good food healthy. at least i have my dad has gorilla hands and my wingspan is 6 foot 4 (194cm )and my older brother wingspan is (6 foot 5) 196cm. I think if i get some stretches to get two inch and one cm between us. I am shocked my older brother grew 6 foot to 6 foot 2

    Good day,I can say this for three months I'm doin' stretching,pull ups,and my arms don't grow anymore,I mean the size of my muscles hold the same when I startet all the stretchings and hangings like couple of times a day,If you do stretch a lot and hang a lot and you grow so for some period of time your muscles will not grow just it holds the same size because your arms and spine are getting longer and musvles don't grow,but you can always stop stretching when your dream 188cm 6'2 is reached to work out again

    Highly disagree with waiting until you're 18 to start lifting. I started lifting at 13-14 years old, and it was the best thing for me to get into. Just don't do super heavy squats/deadlifts (mostly just so you don't get injured). But you should definitely do bicep curls, tricep extensions, lunges, lat pulldowns, calf raises, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions, shoulder presses, etc.
    Get in shape while you're young and in school. So you can eat lots and get strong on your parent's dime. And it builds good habits and a strong metabolism for later in life. Don't wait.

      @@ahsanaliiqbalansari2354 If you bench, don’t bench heavy. Bench press is one of the number one injury prone exercises in the gym. Go watch dozens of videos of guys tearing their pecs to pieces. My dad tore both of his pecs bench pressing.

    It's the induction of cellular proliferation of these bone cells and muscle cells that cause growth both vetically and horizontally. By using this knowledge, Ive been able to grow 5 cm at age of 26 haha. True, weightlifting doesnt stunt your growth, but I just want to make it clear that weightlifting DOES NOT compress the spine, only compresses the spinal fluid into the lumbar region for the day and later regains back. Lance, I hope you do more research becauss stretching and pull ups alone isnt what makes you grow height permenently after your bones fuse. Its utilizing compound with certain supplements that allows your spine to grow in height, as I have been able to grow 5 cm myself. I'm human bio, so although I agree a lot with your methods, theres also a lot of misinfo Im hearing!

    I'm 21 years old and I've been looking for ways to be taller since I was little. Height is a very important criterion for me as I model. Growing in my height almost stopped after I was 17 years old. I have tried many supplements and techniques, but I have not gotten good results from any of them.       like I wrote on a comment above never under estimate the placebo effect. Even if this technique does not work it could lead to action (diet/exercise/sleep etc) that would help you get a second growth spurt. The same applies to your other comment about Binaural beats. But I think you can use Binaural beats both before and during sleep. :-)

    Hello, I had cycling as my hobby during my late 15s uptil my 21s and 70 percent of my height is due to my legs ; and i have well developed legs and never went to gym so my upper body is considerably under developed as i never tried to bulk inorder to keep myself light for cycling. All though as a vegetarian you are more limited in terms of what protein sources you can have it doesn't mean that you can't have protein. There are plenty of alternate options to ensure you get your daily protein intake.

    i start fitness with weights with 15-16 but I didnt pick very heavy weights and i have checked my body and everything is ok but i dont get taller no matter what I do :( I‘m 18 now since 2 weeks and still 1.73 m my father is 1.77m and i do everything to get at least 1.77m

    Because when training hard the body is boosting the amount of Growth hormone.
    So maybe it is good to preform the squat exercise once in 2 weeks and stretch between every set...

    hi grow taller guru for some odd reason my back does not decompress anymore that much before if i would lay relax on the ground with my legs upwards it would expand in 15-30 min now i only 184.5 cm evening and night after i wake up i am suddenly 185.5 now why is that so interesting i measured myself before 187.5 cm-186.5 cm now i cannot regain my height of 186.5-187.5 anymore like could you please tell me why i am always 185.5 cm in the Morning tall then 184.5 cm in night.??? i am confused of what my height is.?

      If ur taller than ur parents then i say its genetics to be at or above their height. If ur not over 18 then u have chance to grow taller.

      @@edoardovolpi8494 It's a combination of Genetics and environment. To what degree it's environment we don't fully know. But I try to give as much information as possible to ensure you can get the maximum height from your environmental factors.

      @@TheGrowTallerGuru some people stop growing at 17 others at 20 others at 16.. it depends by your genetics, if you're 20 and nobody in your family is taller than 180cm and you're already about to tht height you might get close to that or just a lil taller but for sure you won't become 190cm or even get close to it.

      Bro first go for X-ray of wrist, if you find gap between growth plates get hormone therapy immediately by a hormone height specialist
      Don’t do late in this
      I am 17 now and i have my growth plates slightly closed and i am not even as tall as my father doc told me i can grow my backbone a few inches 😊
      If i were knowing before of this therapy I would be much taller
      But most probably u have chance to undergo this therapy

      no one can tell for sure, if you started puberty late you could end up at around 6'4+ if you started it early you may get another inch or two

      hmmm. Even though you have started those compounds a bit too early (in my opinion) it could still benefit your height. Like I say with Arnold Schwarzenegger, he lifted from the age of 13 and still grew Tall!. You could go lighter on your compound moments until your 18? up to you. If I was in your shoes I would probably go lighter until 18.

    Hi, so everytime I do exercise my right hip cracks and makes noises and that is true for my arms too. I tried going slower and softer when I exercise but it still make a crack noise. Is that a normal thing????

      Could just be Air in the joints. If you get pain when you hear the noise then I would seek medical or professional advice. A good physiotherapist should be able to help you. If you are worried it's better to seek their advice before causing yourself a big injury etc.

      The driving the car thing is just bullshit.
      Even I tried growing taller and I just couldn't I tried the GTG pdf and still was not able to gain any height.
      Now I stand at just 173cm and I feel really comfortable even though I am short
      Plus you don't need to be a 6ft guy to be attractive and successful. Zac Efron and AJ Styles are great examples for this
      Plus a research has showed that 5ft 7in - 5ft 9in is mostly considered to be a Hybrid height
      You can lift like Dwayne Johnson and do amazing flips like AJ Styles
      So stop underestimating your height and just start developing your lifting and high flying skills even you'll feel proud of what you can do
