Oh, you've got so much ahead of you! GOOMY and later stuff is not even 10% of Paul's career! All the Racer X, Mr. Big and Paul's solo albums where he does pop-rock and singing are TERRIFYING and truly amazing! :)
Does anyone need more proof that paulie is one of the best (if not the best) rock guitarists out there? The fact that at 50 years old he still has such impeccable picking and hands articulation is outstanding. If i had to pick my top 3 favourite i'd say paulie, john petrucci and al di meola.
Paul, love this! Made my fingers hurt like back in "79 when I would play Double Live Gonzo, Hemispheres, and Mahogany Rush LIVE all in a row just watching this! Your drummer is amazing. Love your new look.I am 53 and can't imagine shredding 40 minutes straight like that without even a pause. You are still my hero bro, keep it going. We are still loving your effort and amazing talent all these years later, you still amaze me. Thank You!
Wow! Want to hear a guys career of styles, and sounds in 40 minutes? Some gems in there! I wasn't expecting: Take a Walk, love that riff! It sounds as though he played some of the vocals for Green Tinted, kind of like he did for the SPUHM album.
Saludos y guitar masters forever!
Yes, Yes, Yes! Please, PG, bring back this awesome Racer X tone! What's your pedal board for this? This is chock full of nice little licks & tricks for studying!
sbrave he said he's given up on them so now he just uses in ear defenders, he said when he was using in ear monitors under the over ear noise mufflers that he was cranking the volume up, so now he goes without
This might be my favorite Paul Gilbert video.
Still still still still still still
Best guitar player ever in my opinion.
MY forever guitar hero, PG!! He never gets even a single note wrong
the only wrong notes are the ones he doesn't play.

Can't believe I hadn't seen this video yet, great job mapping it out.
Thanks. Gilberto's concerto.
Paul Gilbert rules! Both his virtuosity and his versatility are outstanding.
Gilbert is the king of shred. Great timing and no sloppy notes.
What a jam he is awesome beautiful performance
There are no words to describe this Legend.....
PG is Buckethead favorite guitarist.....I think that I've said enough.
Does anyone need more proof that paulie is one of the best (if not the best) rock guitarists out there? The fact that at 50 years old he still has such impeccable picking and hands articulation is outstanding. If i had to pick my top 3 favourite i'd say paulie, john petrucci and al di meola.
totally ...and doing everything flawless and effortless ...
Those three are solid picks
The older he gets, the better he plays
His brain must explode after all these notes XD

Paul, love this! Made my fingers hurt like back in "79 when I would play Double Live Gonzo, Hemispheres, and Mahogany Rush LIVE all in a row just watching this! Your drummer is amazing.

I always thought that no one looked as happy playing music as Rod Morgenstein. I was wrong.

Esse guitarrista na minha humilde opinião é o melhor.
