It's a drum solo...the one time ya get to let loose and shred...should he have played the shuffle from Rosanna the whole time? Next time a guitar player rips a solo, stop him and tell him to play something with more rhythm instead 😂 goodness sake everybody just hates greatness
You clearly know nothing about his discography..dude is the most in demand session drummer in LA..he doesn't get there without impeccable groove and musicianship

@bluesvideo3727 yes..been to one of his clinics and seen him play every style you want to throw at me, authentically. Learn about his time in vienna and as an early working drummer, he was grooving to every type of music long before he became a drumming cyborg...and no need to laugh, Lang has been considered the most in-demand session drummer for many years. He may not be "known" for playing in the style of x,y or z..but you really think he can't?? A guy who can play cross diagonal polymetric patterns against each other can't lay down a swing groove? Cmon..just say your a low-key hater and watch more of his videos.
@@WorldsWorstFishing Dude with all respect he is a "cyborg" drummer as you mentioned but he is not EVEN close to the level of "musical" , groove, swing, tempo drummers like Vinnie, Tain Watts, Aronoff, Ferrone , Gadd; etc dont even mentioned Porcaro, not even comparision; ask 1000 drummers or musicians Lang or Vinnie? Lang or Aronoff? ill bet you 975 will say Vinnie or Kenny , this cyborgs like mangini or donati or this guy are GREAT but no comparision with the masters, just ask the master producers, the master composers. PS in not a hater at all ( i love this guy for instance but i dont see much swing, my opinion) . im a lover of real groovy music, i think YOU are the hater because you dont respect my opinion
