When I see youngsters like you working so hard to keep this wonderful music alive I know it will live on for years to come to thrill future generations. And that feels real good.
That was awesome! Ray was something out of this world. Bass and acoustic guitars, trumpet, violin, and probably any other instrument he had a time to familiarize with.
Awesome 👏 I saw them live during the 🐙 Octopus album tour. Knots was phenomenal live. Great choice for a cover !!! Before the days of sequencers, when you actually had to play something 🎼.
The rhythm that you are playing is fantastic. Yes, it's in 4/4 time, but I'm talking about the syncopation and all that. You GOT it!@@ladywilhelminabass
Thanks a lot. I recreated and transcribed the bassline from a gentle Giant wiki site that had very old sheets. I have a Google docs but I'm not sure if this song is in there. You can ask if yo need it!

I'm not that young, but I love gentle Giant. I don't think music will ever die

The main theme is 4, but it has a groove. The rest of the song has tons of time signature changes. It's insane
Might interest you my prog rock playlist or me playing wreck from acquiring the taste
Saw Gentle Giant 'live' twice long ago. Absolutely fantastic! By the way, I love the bass part you do beginning at 1:37!
