    Ms. LaShae...girl YOU GOT ME OFF THE COUCH!!! YOU!!! It's one thing to tell myself everyday TODAY IS THE DAY and still telling myself at night the same thing then nightfalls and it's 11 p.m. and now I'm telling myself TOMORROW..TOMORROW IS THE DAY...😭😭😭... I have far more willpower and discipline than that!!! I WILL watch this video 2 to 3 times a day until my mind lines up with my heart!!! Thank you for day ONE!!! I know it's not much and it was difficult but I lost 98 lbs before with your help I'll do it again and THIS TIME life WON'T WILL NOT take it away from ME!!! I'm so excited ABOUT this journey!!! AND thank you for your encouragement along the way...you don't get that from many instructors and it's much needed when your ONLY support squad is yourself!!! See ya tomorrow!!

    I found you and love it, I was enjoying so much I gave away in tears, I am a diabetic and I had bariatrics surgery last month. This has been a long journey for me, finally I am losing weight.I lost 40lbs already, 50 lbs left to lose. During your exercise brings my sugar levels down and energy soar. Once I get through the 8 mins I am going on to your other videos. Thank this is what I been looking for.

    I have been doing this consistently now for over 2 months I was189 pounds at the end of September when I first started working out, now it is December, and I am 154 pounds. I do your workouts plus get on my treadmill and I purchased your yummy buttercream cupcake meal replacement shake plus I eat way cleaner now, I really love your workouts. 💗💗

    Girl I'm so happy I found you. As a single momma of 3 its nearly impossible to make it to the gym. I just started getting serious about getting in shape last week and have been doing your videos the last few days and have lost 8 lbs (with healthy eating as well).     that's so good for me. For real. I was sick for 2 months, I have lost a lot, now my body wants to live again and for the beginning and little strength 8 minutes are just right. I had no power to do sports, but you are the BEST, you motivate me and for me sports have to be fun, otherwise I do not get up.

    I am a salsa cardio dance instructor and 1 day my clients asked me if I can add dancehall and hip-hop moves. I got stuck because I only knew salsa moves.     I really enjoyed your video I'm 55 and use to be very active and limber and I become so stiff I could barely get around. Yoga helped me get limber but I want to lose 20 pounds and your video is perfect for me.

    Loveeee this. I started doing your longer videos on here and pop sugar fitness but I was sore and not feeling good today at all so this was a great short little workout the get in that still was great, burned some calories, and got me moving. You’re awesome!

    I was obessed!!!! With getting a BBL.. I got pregnant at 21 gained a lot of weigh within my first 6 weeks at 10-12 I lost the baby. [Baby wouldn't grow anymore] But the baby fat stayed. I was depressed and eating didn't help. I came across popsuga i think that's the channel sorry if I'm wrong! But you were doing hip hop dancing so this morning I put my Nikes on and got my SWEATTT ON! Then I was excited and needed a lil more I did this one too lol. But my lil rant is just to say thanks. Thank you for staying to true to what you had and just improved it. Working out just reminded me that I may not get that butt some girls has but I can have a better me period changing my life all the way around. Working out, eating right, will be better than just getting surgery. Not saying I'm against it but I thank you for being true to you because it really helps others who don't have you around in real life. For that support 😘💪

    💘 yr. Routines! I think it helps to start with one of your short routines. Then add more, if time. I add my own play lists too after awhile. 😁🏋💖Don't be afraid...just do what u can along with her. 24 hours in a day. U have time!!

Finally aww thanks Keaira! ive been meaning to ask for more short work outs to perform be4 work as i always watch your ten minute ones on repeat as there werent any other short ones now i adore these saturday workouts which fit perfectly into my morning work out be4 work so thank yoooooooou! if u do a dvd with these short workouts its one i would definitely consider buying as the long workouts im able to fit into my day off only! ^_^
