I take it for a month now, together with omega 3 in the morning. I noticed lots of stress relieve, more mental clarity. Bought it as a means of sunscreen for my trip to Brazil. So far I didn’t get sunburned 😅
I have been taking 12mg (plus a small amount from krill oil) for about 2 months now, my vision is decent but I wear glasses when driving at night but I don't feel the need to anymore. My skin also looks a little better. I haven't noticed anything else. I am in my mid 30s.

Astaxanthin is good for skin moisture, problems with dry skin and eye-health.
8 mg /day in the morning with fish oil.
It does work well for many of those areas!
Liposomal version of it with 24 mg is what I take.
Very prestative with your informations man, your channel is in the top when the theme is phytotherapy, greetings from 🇺🇾

Isn't it a 5AR inhibitor ?
@BoostYourBiology or @Kraaayn, can you recommend how to countra this effect with another supplement?
Which is good. @haircafe
@@thomk3282not good if it causes serotonin syndrome.
Not inherently no. Some people are very sensitive to 5ar inhibition and get detrimental long term side effects.
Just started supplementing with this so I shall be interested to see the results
Awesome to hear!
what is the recommandation on the Time to take it? Morning evening, Night. Before Sport after Sport
What brands do u recommend so e have sunflower oil 😢
Although i take astaxanthin, i still wake up each morning with hip pain and it failed to keep me from getting sunburned recently.
which brand and how much did you use ? there is a lot of fake astaxanthin out there
Cutting seed oils is what helps with sunburns. & Carnivores burn much less.
Low carb dieting could likely help with the hip pain among other things.
Caffeine wd during the night, very common

Excellent!
Some people complaint about elevated estrogen by astaxanthin, any comments?
Which people for example?

What do you mean by “potent”?
@modofatak I don't know. I guess they implied that it's more effective.
