Excellent work, love your photography. Now subscribed!
Thank you very much - for the sub and your very kind words. Really appreciate it Jon.
For me, videos like this are more about just joining you on a photo walk. I enjoyed it. 😎📷👍
Thanks Steve - that’s a good way of looking at it. I hope that they are helpful in showing other people how I see the streets and make my images .
@@hughrawson I'm sure they do. We all learn from each other after all. 👊👍
Nice video Hugh, i love a walk along the south bank with my camera actually i love walking round most of London. Have you ever been to the Barbican? thats a great place for photography, brutalist architecture and plenty of interesting people.
Yes I have - it’s a great place though it’s yet to deliver me an image I really like. I totally agree about walking around London - always changing and always something new to see.
Well done Hugh, I enjoyed that a lot. Nice to see you enjoying your wanderings.
Glad you enjoyed it Huw - thank you very much.
Really enjoyed this - great POV on street - subbed and looking forward to watching more 😊
Awesome, thank you! Really appreciate that Jonathan.
Interesting video Hugh, always like seeing what other street photographers see in familiar locations. The music did make laugh, my wife also called out to ask what I was watching, “are you watching Austin Powers?!?!” 😂
Haha - I’ll take that as the highest compliment. Shout out to your wife! Thanks Julian.
I loved this and am enjoying your work on Instagram
Yay! Thank you! And thanks for taking the time to say so.
Nice to see your work here also 👍🤩
Thank you so much 😃
6:14 I know what you mean by a shopping trolley kind of day, but as I watch this some 15,000kms away in Australia I can't help but see compositions and subjects in your footage that I thought I would take if were there. It's common to not see things in your own backyard, we all become a bit bored with our usual surroundings. One photographers backyard is a visiting photographers gold mine. I need to visit London again!
Totally get that. Not only the familiarity but I know when I watch pov videos I’m always wondering how the photographer didn’t take certain images. From experience, I’ve learned that I don’t always look where the GoPro is looking. While I didn’t really get any salmon I did do better than a shopping trolley!
Great video but it really, really does not need the constant background music. Just irritating. Videos do not need constant noise.
Noted! Yeah. It’s one of the earlier ones and the sound went up to eleven. Glad you enjoyed the video - thanks for the feedback (pun intended).
I love the video but i found the music really irritating.
Yeah - I get that. I’ve learned from that and turned it down in subsequent films. Thanks for the feedback.
Why are they hot on photographers at More London Place Hugh ? Surely it's a public right of way ?
Yep - public right of way but privately owned. Similar to shopping malls and other areas of, for example, City of London financial district.
@@hughrawson I see. Thanks Hugh. In that case does one have to write to the private company that owns it and ask permission ? I've done this with a couple of shopping malls and they have obliged.
Yes - I believe so.
