I used PPF on my Bauer Machs for a game last night. They slid like butter! I only added PPF to the knee blocks. How many games do you get in before the PPF needs to be replaced. I had a few areas peel back or crack....
if you are good at applying, it's permanent. I have never needed to replace it. I have had it since August. Anywhere possible, wrap the edges around the knee block so there is no edge around the friction area. Also, use a high dryer after it's on and rub the whole thing with a credit card.
Curious if this is superior to UHMW slick tape. This certainly looks better since black slick tape is expensive in sheet form.
Never tried that, but you can overslide if you use too much of this. Definitely don’t need “faster”
I’m about to do this mod to my pads.

I use candle wax on my machs. Slides like butter on a hot pan. Have put it on ever 5th skate tho. But works extremely well.
That’s the beauty of the PPF. Very inexpensive and extremely durable. Don’t have to reapply it often, if ever

@@Imamovic07 it’s just a sticker. Peel and stick
If you take this off, will the adhesive ruin your pads?
