A while back you did a video on mobility contrasted with flexibility. I can chair freeze easy, but stepping up to air chair is hard because I flop into chair, I have the flexibility but not the strength in that position. I'd be interested in an update on that. Static stretches after training, dynamic stretches before and the like.
Ah I forgot to mention in the video but if you sit on a yoga block of fold over a big pillow when doing this stretch then you'll have a much easier experience trying it 🙌💯
