That transition to half-split was so elegant and new! And those final 10 seconds with the knee lifted were arguably the longest 10 seconds of my life haha! Amazing practice for some active recovery, many blessings and see you soon!
I just wanted to say that I have been on the mat with you guys since the moment Covid hit, that is, since the beginning of 2020. And since then you have been in my room almost every day. I am very grateful that you exist and I am glad that I found you then. You helped me and are still helping me to cope with the difficulties of life and breathe deeply. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!
I am almost 73 and I love many of your videos, Flo! I change the playback speed to slow it down to .75 and they are just perfect for me! This one is my new favorite for the morning… I thank you for all of them that I have loved and play repeatedly! Certainly some of them are a little bit much for me, but they always inspire me to try and I love the inspiration! Many blessings
COnfession: neither athlete nor really a beginner, yet, this sequence was just right intensity for me. It felt good to do those waving stretches with the arms back and forth. the 90-90 knee lifting exercise was new for me and the last few seconds challenging (appropriately so) but was nice to hear they were so for you too ;-) Your thank-you in the end, to us, for practicing with you, feels genuine and authentic, indicating for me the deeper effect yoga has on you (and, as a teacher for over 30 years myself, i appreciate this attitude). Namaste.
Simply loved this, I didn’t use this session immediately as it said it was for beginners, and I’ve been following you for almost 2yrs now. It was just the thing for my hips because of my running, thank goodness you put ‘athletes’ in the sentence too. I will definitely use this more often during the week, much love to you, Namaste ❤
Im not in the best place rn, but I started doing yoga for the first time with your videos, has been hard to keep up my first week but i just did 4 days out of 7, cant be more happy! Thanks for your videos, they're really helpin' people out there.
This was perfect! Depth and strength combined into a wakeup call - sometimes I forget I do these daily and how special it is to have that.. I literally forgot that today
I'm always blown away by how imaginative and creative your flows are. This was so fun and effective - the knee raises were so tough. Thank you for all of your hard work preparing these practices, I've followed for 4+ years now and always look forward to your videos. Have an amazing day!
Thank you so much Bro Flo for this amazing practice! As I am recovering from a long layoff due to illness & injury, this was exactly the kind of practice I was looking for. 🖤💪🏻👌🏻🙏🏻😇
Thank you so much for the great flows & the way you hold the space. You have been such an inspiration & helped me to exceed my limitations & strengthen my foundation. Ohm shanti my bro.
Hi people! Is there any special flow which would be adequate for sciatica problems? There are lots of vids about this, some of them being confusing and even contradictory. As far as I know, low bridges and pigeon poses of all kinds are fine (doing them daily), but there's not really anything else that would be clear... 🤔
@@Vatsal1285 Indeed, that was my idea, too. Cat-cows, pigeon, some bridge, and mainly balāsana. This ailment is quite surreptitious, the consequences of an inappropriate practice take time to show up, but when they do, well, may heaven have mercy on that person.
@@Nedmar haha nice , that’s good also try doing AGT WORKOUTS there is this guy goes by the name ( kneesovertoes ) after an injury and many surgeries later doctors said he won’t be able to bend his knee without pain but now he can deep squat , do splits and everything his workouts are are a game changer like split squat, shoulder workouts and more follow that guy .

Hey guys, I love your channel and I have been following your routines almost daily for about a month now. I have noticed I am cracking ALOT more now. Is there a connection between cracking bones/joints and yoga?
My lateral hip movement is very bad specifically when I was lifting my knees at the end and with the transition from side plank to half split. I actually couldn't do the knee lifting at the end😂😂
Good class but I wouldn't say this was for beginners! Luckily I have years of yoga experience under my belt and knew how to adjust the transitions to suit my body. Just thought I'd mention.
Hi breathe and flow ! I hope you read this , i been your follower since the day 1 but never been able to practice yoga consistently. Now i have developed back and sciatica problem . I need to know from where i can restart and give my self a chance
Because you’re not doing it enough and your nervous system does not know how to do the movement and is overwhelmed. Keep practicing this and your nervous system will adapt and trust.
It doesn't really matter. Everyone is different. bodies and movement backgrounds are different. Others find it just right, others may find it too hard.
Did this after a knee surgery… wow. One of my first yoga classes after months… i feel stiff cannot sit on my heels yet but I try and go as far as my body let me go. Namaste and thanks for this video 🙏🏿
I like a lot of your content, but saying that this one is for beginners, even putting it in the title, feels very misleading. I have never even tried some of these moves and ive been doing yoga for a few years. Could a beginner pull them off? Maybe some but not all. And not without having those moves explained in more depth PRIOR to the transitions lol
Yeeee! Flo the Beast! This was great! I’m going to be using this one a lot! I feel all loose and groovy now! Haha! Mannn that left knee lift at the end!…I was shaking like a chocolate leaf in the wind! 💨 🍃 😅 Then I felt cool when you said your left side was the harder one to lift too. I thought, “Heyyyy! I’m cool like Flo! We are both lefties!” 💪🏾💪🏻😂
Was this posted on April Fool’s?? Love Breathe and Flow, but as expert practitioners, you missed the mark here. Not even remotely close to “beginner.”

Flo, you saved my life (again), with this class. Like Bre has also done many times. After this class I ended up practically flying, and I was able to do the most beautiful meditation after this, and I am eager to do this same class again at night. Thanks.
Tried this but had to give up, its too complex for me as a begginer, the balancing and rotating was too much. I have done other videos of yours but this is the first that I gave up on. Thanks for your effort though. 🙌
Thank you guys! I started doing yoga during quarantine with your videos! I haven’t done yoga in a while and i was happy to see that you guys have 4 million followers. Please don’t stop posting. Thank you so much!
I love your videos, I follow you for a long time, and I have similar issues with my lower back than you have/had… I must say, that this is not for beginners… it was complicated for me to follow your movements, I’m sorry to say this. It’s definitely a more advanced level than the rest of your videos for beginners. It’s great, though, but I’ve failed many times. (I need to try this again for more. :) ) 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for this class! A question: is there a reason that in the knee lift (at the end of the practice), it suddenly feels like the knee weighs about a thousand pounds? I'm not even sure what muscle it uses, but my knee refuses to lift 😂 any recommendation on how to practice this? Thanks!

Came to write the exact same thing:)
Me too - never knew my butt could burn so much… lol
That knee lift had me shaking 😂
💯 %this
just the type of 10 seconds I needed ❤

This man never misses! Another banger with two new fire components. Loved it! Namaste
Love this one! Very smooth and super interesting transitions. Can't think of a better start of the week 🎉
Just a great flow to start the day. It simply helps me to mobilise and awake may body releasing the muscles for the work to come
Lots of new movements for me and I've been doing your videos for over 3 years! Thanks a million!

You got this man!
Wow, first video watched from this channel and already my favorite yoga video.
Great session. Really helpful for feeling this difference in hip mobility that I need to work on
Haha only on this channel would some of those poses and transitions be included in a 'beginner' class. Great, as always.

Thank you so much for the kind words and for your consistency ❤️ So glad you’ve been around pretty much since the beginning 🙏🏽
I practiced it this morning and it felt very good. Thank you so much 🙏
This was great. Thanks flow.
Thank you so much Bro Flo for this amazing practice! As I am recovering from a long layoff due to illness & injury, this was exactly the kind of practice I was looking for. 🖤💪🏻👌🏻🙏🏻😇
Did this after doing a heavy leg and back and it healed me from any stiffness
Very lovely to see some longer videos here again ! Thank you for sharing this practice with us for free. 💕
Thank you for making time to practice!! And real longer classes (60 minutes plus) here: practice.breatheandflow.yoga/
Thank you so much for the great flows & the way you hold the space. You have been such an inspiration & helped me to exceed my limitations & strengthen my foundation. Ohm shanti my bro.
Wonderful practice.
Great I was looking for a yoga session to do before I continue with round 4 of yoga for men!
This is one of the most inspirational and creative flows I have ever done. Felt like Tai Chi at times. 🙏🏼❤️
Well it’s yoga and all rivers flow to the same sea 🙏🏽
Great stretch, thx!
This practice was great, just what I needed today thank you.
Wonderful practice! Thank you. That's what I needed. Next month I'll go back to wolfpack! 💚

Realized what my hips are capable of today 😅, until next time!

Chose one with a lower intensity or depending how flexible and strong your are and just do it then progress on harder movements on the next session

It’s the body making more space for the passenger inside 🙏🏽
Hey Flo, do you use ujjayi during down dog to up dog in all your classes?? or should i follow tibetan rites breathing during those sequence?? TIA.
This is so amazing even though I thought I would die hahah

Good👍
Couldn't do bro what should I do
Start with our 30 day beginner calendar. Read the description 🙏🏽
Not really sure how you can say this is for beginners…
Beginners need to try and fail in their classes
It doesn't really matter. Everyone is different. bodies and movement backgrounds are different. Others find it just right, others may find it too hard.
Exactly 😢
Did this after a knee surgery… wow. One of my first yoga classes after months… i feel stiff cannot sit on my heels yet but I try and go as far as my body let me go. Namaste and thanks for this video 🙏🏿

This is the best yoga lesson I’ve done so far
One of the best you have ever posted and that’s saying something! I agree, the transitions were surprising and wonderful. With gratitude,
I literally use your classes on my recovery days so this was perfect and not to difficult cuz I be a lil sore lol. 🤝🏾
Just started following your guys’ channel a few months ago and I now direct everyone I know to your guys’ channel! You guys are amazing, thank you 🙏🏽
I started cramping after 3 reps 21:21 😅
Today was way better
This is my new favorite recovery day practice. Thank you! ❤

A really nice class thank you! The ankle raises are really good for people with dodgy hips like me!!
That was very needed after an intense lower half workout yesterday. Thank you!
This was a really good workout, Flo. Really good.
Wonderful! Wunderbar! Thank you! Namaste!
