Good list. I built Felix out similarly. I also ignored most of the swords and Voltron style gear that people have been mostly going with, and have a heavier focus on sneaking in ninjas that draw. The roughly 4 mana for the redundant Coastal Piracy spells are hard to get to against infect and higher power decks, so it’s nice to connect earlier with ninjas and draw 2,4,or 6 cards alongside things like treasures and other value engines in the deck. I traded the token makers like Giant Adiphage for more removal and a Thought Vessel to give more unlimited hand size consistency. So far been doing very well. I also think it’s worth adding Black Market connections in place of some of the top end dragons (2 of the 4 or 5 are enough imo). Connections doesn’t synergize with our game plan, but is still a nice alongside Sylvan library if someone removes our main draw engine creatures or coastal effects. I also find that the shapeshifters can remain as blockers so we can more easily swing with our value creatures. And since they’re shapeshifters, they work with ninjas that give other ninjas or rogues a boost. Overall, such a flexible and fun commander to build around. Toski does serious work in the deck too.
