As Jew who has lived and worked in a predominantly Muslim country, I can honestly say, I've had no problem with Muslims and felt a connection with them!! The Jews in this video, sadly, know nothing about other religions besides Judaism. In reality, there is no question that Islam is the closest to Judaism. In fact, most of our ancient scholars say that Jews can worship in a Mosque as Muslims believe in the same God and are not polytheists. It's sad because for the best part of our history, we had a good relationship with our Arab/Muslim brothers. In this era it is our leaders that are causing these divisions between us.. I pray for peace!

Religion of peace by praying all the time directly to the One God and doing good deeds he used to go to secluded areas in the desert while tired and he used to fervently ask God for Forgiveness and Mercy for all the people out there, since there was no Christianity nor Judaism back then and so he didn’t pray like the Jews or Christians, he prayed his own way (by prostrating while weeping tears of joy because he was the friend of God). May God bless Abraham and his family in Paradise.
We should be like Abraham peace be upon him we shouldn’t pray to a cross or pray for Jesus to help rather we should pray to the One God directly after all, God LOVES when His servants turn to Him and remember His name.

Are the jews asking the wall to help them or forgive their sins when they do that? No i dont think so same goes with muslims here. It's a direction, a center point. Wherever they are in the world, jews and muslims always pray in the direction of their "center point" showing unity and harmony. If i had to explain the "kissing" i would say those places are so heavily charged with history and mentioned in the scriptures so many times that when people get there they would, naturally, get completly overwhelmed by the sight and the energy there !

Don't know if you are just repeating something you heard all your life or if you actually gave it some thought, but maybe it helps to see what jews think about this matter. Saying that they didn't realize that Jesus is their messiah is just disrespectful and patronizing considering that christianity came from judaism.

@@Filipe9171 Christians see themselves as aligned with Jews because their religion has an unbroken tradition with Judaism. Jews, of course, believe that the early Christians were wrong about their belief that Jesus was the prophesied Messiah, but Christianity remains a religion that was founded by Jews on the basis of a belief that a Jewish prophecy had been fulfilled.
Many centuries later comes Islam. Islam has no connection with Jews or Christians, and the Quran gets much wrong about both. It seems insensitive to say to Muslims that their religion has shaky historical grounding, but it is the truth. One historical point worth mentioning is that the first Islamic record of Muhammad's life isn't until about two centuries after his death. Another is that we have trade maps of the Arabic world from the 5th, 6th, 7th centuries, and none of them contain "Mecca."
I think Jews are inclined to say Islam is more similar because Islam is similarly rules-based, and both Muslims and Jews tend to believe that Christians worship more than one God, which makes Christianity seem very different. In reality, Muslims say the Torah and Christian Bible have been corrupted and are unreliable, setting them apart from Jews and Christians, while the Christians believe the Old Testament is every bit as authoritative as the New. There's also a belief in a lot of Judaism that the New Testament has a very different, almost anti-Jewish, character than the Christians understand it to have, which creates a desire for distance from Christianity in some Jewish people. Much of the perception of the relationship between the three religions is based on (understandable) gaps in knowledge about all three.

      Catholics have
      1. Daily Mass....(No Protestant Christians have daily church services)
      2. Sacramental Life - meaning the use of the sacraments and sacrementals in our daily life
      3. Liturgy of the Hours - Prayer 7 times a day
      4. Rosary Prayer
      5. Veneration of Saints who are just "Catholic Prophets and Heros"
      6. Traditional Roman Catholics and Orthodox require women to wear veils in church and men take off their hats as a show of humility...women are to wear their hair up, as to wear their hair down is to be only for their husbands...and they are to wear modest clothing at all times....its only our clergy that are required to wear vestments or outwardly religious clothing...not our lay people who are to dress modestyl
      7. Eucharistic Adoration in Chapels 24x7x365...
      8. Monastaries and all that entaills...
So the question is....what are you openly talking out of your ass? You know nothing....the only reason you are saying this, is because most Christians and Catholics now adays are nominally so...in this you would be correct...but pretty much in every major city in the world..there are Catholics who are doing what I just pointed out to you..

My response, and guess what... today is the Festival of Purim. Today is the one time a year that Jews are COMMANDED to get drunk. Not just to drink wine but to become so intoxicated that we are no longer coherent. Imagine not being able to tell the difference between Adolf Hitler and Moses. That is how drunk we are supposed to get. But it is only once a year. Normally it is not proper for a Jew to drink so much that the Jew becomes intoxicated.

The only argument Israel have is “we were there first, for thousands of years ago”. If we follow that logic, cannabites derseve Israel and many countries would have to give up their land(it won’t happen because they are hypocrites), and by that I mean many. Let’s start with Israel’s daddy “USA”. They have been here for less than 300 years and there is no way on earth they are letting the natives have the land. No country would allow that. No, the thing about forgiveness regardless of sins is a myth that was invented and perpetuated by the various Christian churches because they were making money from it. They were simply selling forgiveness to sinners. Otherwise in the Bible and especially in the New Testament, because we, Christians, are eminently the creation of the New Testament, we use the Old Testament only from considerations related to the history of tribes and parables, so I made a small digression, in the New Testament things are very interpretable , it is not very clear whether forgiveness is for everyone or it depends on sins....

Being catholic is inconsistent with the Bible. The Bible says no idols, yet the cathedrals are full of statues of so-called saints, I saw a lady praying to the “Virgin Mary” once. Islam says no idol, yet millions pilgrimage towards Mecca to prostrate before a rock, and Mohammed is revered as much as Allah. Christianity is an aggregate of differing faiths and beliefs. Then again, how can anyone be sure? God is silent from above. We are just left here like mad men pretending to know things of which we have completely NO ideas. We love God we cannot see and his dead prophets (as we should), yet we are incapable of loving our neighbors. The religious people and their hypocrisy, what a beautiful sight indeed!

@@yeledmagniv3799 See the difference is in the fact that Islam isn't ethnocentric, it has nothing to do with Arabs or certain group of people having special status based on their ethnicity. Ethnocentrism is the Achilles heel of humanity. The Jews say we are the chosen people of God and the Quran actually says they were the chosen people but because they deviated from the core principles of Islam they were no longer the elect of God. however, Jews still hold that opinion and divided the world into Jews and gentiles claiming special status for themself based on bloodlines. the Germans said "Deutschland uber alles" and connect all that is great to the Arrian race and their denomination of Christianity. Many other nations believe their people or ethnicity to be exceptional and link their special status to providence, so people worship their ethnicity (nationalism, tribalism, flags etc) rather than realising that our principles define us.
Islam is universal principles based religion; the litmus test for the greatness of an individual/nation and moral righteousness is the degree to which one takes account of his/her deeds in line with Gods commandments. in other words the fear of being held accountable on the day of judgement for one's bad deeds in relation to the infringement on the rights of God or human beings and doing good deeds is what makes us good or bad person/nation.
Islam recognises Jewish men and women of the past as the greatest individuals to have walked on the face of this earth because of their principles rather than their bloodline. Isaac, Israel (Jacob or Ya'qub), Joseph, David, Solomon, Moses, Aaron, Job, John, Jesus the Messiah (son of Mariam, a word from Allah), and Mary may peace be upon them all are Jews, but above all they are considered to be the leaders of mankind who in their time were calling to the right path i.e. the submission to Allah, the Master of the day of Judgement. Our faith is contingent on professing their special status as messengers and prophets (Nevi'im/Nabiyin) of Allah who were given books (kituvim/Kitaabs). The greatest message they all relayed was to Worship God alone ( pure monotheism).

I feel Islam is middle ground between Judaism and Christianity. Not interns of chronological order but in terms of substance. As one example, Moses and Jesus are both accepted as equals in Islam in terms of prophets. The story of Jesus and Mary and how he was born according to Christians is accepted by Islam. In contrast Judaism doesn't accept that and says Jesus had a human father and a natural birth like any other human. And Judaism says Jesus was just a man like any other with no special gifts or miracles he could perform. In contrast, Islam accepts Jesus had special gifts (at Gods will) to be able to perform miracles (cure the blind, bring back the dead, etc). Islam accepts Moses as a prophet and the story of Moses and the commandments coming from God. In terms of chronological order Islam came after both Judaism and Christianity so can be looked at as an updated version which provides more clarity to what was said before. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

why islam is more close to judaism:
    we let our beards stay
we only eat koosher (halal) meat
    we don't eat pork
    alcohol is forbidden
we believe in 1 god and not trinity (monotheism)
we don't use idols (anti idoltary)
why islam is more close to christianity then judaism
we believe that jesus came as messiah and that he will return to the end of times (jews are still waiting)
that was the only reason lol
Conclusion. Mohammed peace be upon him wants judaism and christianity in his religion but because PEOPLE changed the book of god he came to the earth. if people never changed the word of god then maybe prophet mohammed peace be upon him wasn't sended to earth. Mohammed pbuh was the grandchild of ismail. and we are all abrahamic religion. we believe in the same god. but people like paul and other people changed the whole concept of the teachings of the prophets. and when that happen people of next generations don't know what was from god, or what was from people. so thats why prophets came to let everybody know the message of god.

Christianity has nothing in common with Judaism. We don’t even worship the same G-d. Christians tampered with the original Hebrew Bible to try to legitimize their new religion that is based on Roman, Greek and other pagan mythologies. The G-d of Israel said in his own voice that he is One and there is no one beside him. He said that he does NOT have a human form. The concept of original sin can not be found in Judaism. It is a Christian invented idea. There is no such thing as some place called hell in Judaism where a soul burns for eternity. A soul going to live in some eternal heaven is a Christian invention and is not found in the Hebrew Tanach .The G-d of Israel strictly forbids human sacrifice and said one man can not atone for another man's sins. Sacrifices are offerings for unintended sins. All sins against G-d are forgiven by asking him for forgiveness and repenting. All sins against your fellow man are forgiven after asking the one you wronged for forgiveness and compensating them for any loss they may have incurred. The Jewish Moshiach will not be divine or be a human sacrifice to atone for the sins of man. The major tenant of Christianity is believing god is three and had a human form. This and the fact that the majority of Christians worship Jesus as god in human form or pray to statutes, icons and venerate relics is idolatry according to the G-d of Israel. This is why Christianity is just another man made religion and did not come from Judaism. I can back up every thing I've said using the original Hebrew Tanach. The Old Testament is not the Hebrew Bible but a bastardized version translated by Christians not Jewish scholars. This is an article that explains what I have said. jewsforjudaism.ca/choose-life-pdf/

@@serpentphoenix Back in the Middle Ages after Christianity took over Europe and the Church forced Jews to defend their beliefs against Christianity, the rabbis ruled that Jews were permitted to enter a church if their lives depended on it. Since the vast majority of Christians worship a god that is three, not one like the G-d of Israel, the rabbis ruled that most Christians practiced idolatry and the Torah forbids Jews from worshiping with anyone who practices idolatry. Most secular Jews don't k now this. The G-d of Israel said in his own voice that he is one and there is no one beside him. He also said he does not have a human form because that would lower him down to the level of being a man. According to the Torah most Christians practice idolatry because they worship a god who is three not one. This is why it is forbidden to pray with Christians. Most secular Jews don't know this.

We both have men and women separated in our houses of prayer
Jews may pray in mosques and muslims may pray in synagogues, but not in churches.
We both believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) was not the son of god
    We are both circumcised
We both wear religious headwear (yarmulke and taqiyah)
I (muslim) would say Judaism is far closer to Islam than Christianity is.

In principle, Christians are closer to Judaism...Jesus Christ our Messiah was a Jew descended from Abraham through Isaac, who followed Jewish practices and traditions in His time while He was living on earth in human form but with a Divine mission to preach the Good News. The pass-over was a practice always observed by the Roman Catholics in a Catholic Church Mass that celebrates the Eucharist as a symbolic commemoration of the Last Supper. The Eucharist was a traditional practice followed by the early Christians. Circumcision of Catholic Males also is a practice done for generations which is a good thing for health reasons, too, although we were taught by our Church Fathers not to judge those who choose not to be circumcised. Wearing modest clothes especially in the house of prayer is encouraged by the priest. We believe in marriage as very sacred and should be well-decided because it is for life..." what God Has put together, no man place asunder". The human body in both males and female, is sacred, a holy temple of God, and therefore as such believes that it should be clean physically, mentally and spiritually.
Islam, although claiming its prophet Muhammad as a descendant of Ishmael, outwardly follows religious practices in parallel of that of the Jews like the food to eat which should be religiously identified as halal for the Muslims and Kosher for the Jews, or separating the men and women and identify which part of the Synagogues for Jews and Mosques for Muslims that they are allowed to pray, etc.
Yes, the Muslim believes in one god, Allah, the same as the Jews who believes in One God, YHWH, in which the Christians recognizes YHWH to be the one referring to the One God...
But, in principle, Islam is in contrast with Judaism. Islam may appear to be in favor of the Jews, or the People of the Book, but certain passages in the Qur'an are used against the Jews and the Christians. There are factions within Islam resulting to wars among the Muslims themselves, killing so many innocent Muslims in the process. Because, the Muslims believe that their Qur'an is the word of Allah and Muhammad, the last prophet and messenger...the Muslims came to the conclusion that their religion is the last and true one and all others are abrogated....

There is 2 different words in Arabic: 'Taaqiyah طاقية and Taqiyyah تقية it's hard to transliterate them in English without confusing them. The first one means the head wear and the second one has a Shia religious meaning and a literate meaning. The Latter is to take precaution from what is harmful. The Shia religious meaning is to lie if you fear your life is in danger and that your lie would avoid you harm. In sunna Islam you are also allowed to lie under torture, it's just that there is no religious name or practice for it. It's common in the Shia sect because they have been under persecution for centuries under the rule of some tyrant Sunni Muslim rulers. So their leaders permitted to people to lie to avoid persecution and harm. In both Shia and Sunna lying is a big big sin. Don't just believe what other people propagate about their rivals or enemies. Most propaganda is lies. I am a Sunni Arab native speaker.

"But Judaism and Christianity have gone through enlightenment while Islam is stuck in the stone age." You only need to enlighten what is dark. Islam is the light from God. That's why western garbage/enlightenment attempts with Islam all failed. Try to direct your most powerful torch towards the sun and see if you can make it any brighter. And it is just as bright today as it was in the stone age. Just make sure you take your sun creams so you don't get skin cancer. :) Also if you haven't read the history of enlightenment and the dark ages of Christian Europe. The enlightenment only came after contact with Islam and borrowing from Islamic justice system, sciences and attitude towards science, art and progress.

Although you'll see that there is what many perceive to be a shift from the old testament to the new. Those harsh and violent laws and regulations administered through Moses in the old testament no longer deposit us at the gates of death simply because they were paid for by Jesus Christ. This does not mean that said laws (take Leviticus for example) do not apply. It means that in our reverence for our Lord and Savior for making the greatest sacrifice so that we could spend eternity with him, we are called to not only strive to be like the spotless example that Jesus was, but also to humble ourselves in the knowledge that the ONLY punishment for sin is death, and this punishment is paid for by the life of Jesus. God is One. I cant believe that people believe they are superior than others and chosen above others.
I believe God, the One has created human kind in equal fashion before his eyes. And that deeds are what separates the one from the other, never your heritage. Not race, not looks, not fame, not wealth etc. I believe that thinking so small of the Creator/Allah is disrespectful to God and to other people. Its simple logic. To claim one race is better than another is making God to be racist, and God is above all this minor stuff. Our skin and blood is just a means to carry the soul. The soul has no race.
And I pray for mercy on all of us who do good. This life is a test, and we were born believers with a pure heart, all of us. Our test is to keep it pure. It gets dirty, we clean. But to see the dirt, you have to become conscious of what dirt is. And i believe in our hearts , most of us know what clean is and what dirt is. But its much easier being dirty than clean. Being passive than active. Its easier being blind than to carry the burden of sight.
I love all people that do good, jewish, christians, atheists, muslims etc. I leave it to Allah who is the seer of Hearts.

Later on there were more prophets to guide a certain people. And every once in a while, god would send a book to preserve some laws. These books were corrupted for political reasons. Mohamed came as the last prophet to tie all loose ends. Speaking as a muslim who became an atheist and muslim again.

They had more than enough time to make it a fully Muslim city if they wanted to. Instead, the Caliph ‘Umar took Jerusalem in 638 CE in a bloodless conquest. He gave amnesty to the Christian Byzantines and promised to protect their holy places and their freedom of worship. Then ‘Umar brought back the Jews into Jerusalem, who had been exiled by the Byzantines, and promised their protection too. Do you think this hasn't already come to pass? It bothers me deeply that christianity says the next messiah will in fact be the antichrist, come to claim the highest power, and that this leader will claim to be jewish but is from the synagogue of satan. He will be incredibly convincing , there will be few signs of his true motivation, and because so many deny the messiah's first coming, most orthadox Jews will believe he's the one. @@nuux1560 in terms of spirit of love is what I mean. The tanakh is the central book of worship in judaism, the talmud being written of different rabbis point of view to better understand the mitzvot given to moses, however this in yeshuas day had moved so far away from the teachings of his father that he had to bring people back. The pharisees had essentially twisted the lord's words to give themselves ultimate authority, much like the Vatican. Jesus said add nothing too nor take away anything from moses commandments as given by the Lord. Both Jews and christians have twisted the words of the lord however the truth IS within those books. The old testament was telling us he will save us, the new testament explains HOW he did it. I see islam as a result of judaism and christianities mistakes, just like the story of ishmael. However make no mistake my brothers from islam, as it is written in the tanakh, so it shall be. Despite your convictions you will end up fighting FOR the jezebel spirit. The devil speaks in truths and unless the abrahamic religions can reconcile with themselves, tribulation is going to be indescribable

    • @boahkeinbockmehr

@Shema Echad if anyone is perversing the scripture, it is islam. It is founded on rewriting it, claiming gods word could be and was falsified by jews and christians - implying that god all-knowing and all-powerful made a mistake. Contrary to that, us christians believe that everything the jews believe in is right, they are only the sad few that did not want to hear the merry message. We are the continuation of judaism, not its alternative, while islam even changes the prophets. In your scripture prophets can never sin, never doubt god etc., which denies and falsifies some of their most important messages. What about jonah and the fish e.g.? He rebelled against god, he refused to be a prophet, yet god didn't give up on him and he eventually came along and served god. Human weakness is an essential part of the prophets, as it is exactly their overcoming of their own fears and mistakes, that made them great men and examples. If you deny that, you deny gods love of every single human with all their mistakes, the hard work and effort of the prophets to serve god and their role of guiding gods people, as noone could follow in their steps. But then again this entire discussion is pointless, as there is a reason why we are three distinct religions and not one.

Who told you the Quran denies that prophets can make mistakes?
What about Adam? He asked God for forgiveness
”They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers."(7:23)
”Then Adam received from his Lord [some] words, and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is He who is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful”(2:37)
Jonah also asked God for forgiveness
”And Thun-Nun, (Jonah) as he went away angered. So he surmised that We should never have mastery over him. Then he called out in the darkness (Literally: darkenesses) (saying), "There is no god except You. All Extolment be to You! Surely, I have been of the unjust.
So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers.
      "(21:87~88)
"And, verily, Jonah was one of the Messengers. When he ran to the laden ship, he agreed to cast lots and he was among the losers, then a whale swallowed him and he had done an act worthy of blame. Had he not been of them who glorify God, he would have indeed remained inside its belly (the whale) until the Day of Resurrection. But We cast him forth on the naked shore while he was sick and We caused a plant of gourd to grow over him. And We sent him to a hundred thousand people or even more, and they believed, so We gave them enjoyment for a while.” (Quran 37:139-148).

Also we dont say three gods, because if you start to seperate then you start to put one ontop of the other thereby making one lesser. imagine, like a miltary team with a group of soldiers of equal level.

Trinity is three entities of equal power making the term God. you claim the old testament jews didnt believe in trinity, but in the old testament, just Genesis it talks alot of Spirit of God several times. so already that is two. Father and Spirit. and Jesus talked about he was there before the begining of creation.
in Short, God is three entities, Spirit, Father, and Son. he might have 4th 5th, 100th entities. but as far as we know, There is Spirit of God, there is Father, and There is Son.
by you limiting God into one entity, youre trying to say God is not all powerful. if you think clearly about the term All powerful. you find anything is possible.
