My buddy works for nuveen in a pretty high position and mingles with some real financial players.. he said the buzz is exactly that.. 2% wont be the new norm. Things might settle back at 3-4% inflation when they pivot…. Regardless we are not even there anyway.. one last bear market rally left and one last big leg downward.. get cash ready to buy

What little I currently have will not be deployed until after midterms (at a point in the timeline I can refer to) after which I expect all hell to break loose. I feel comfortable with NOT DOING ANYTHING RIGHT NOW. Being still is a level of mastery that takes a lot of strength, it forces you to quiet the noise and get calm before you (eventually) shoot forward. I don't know how long or when or even which way things will go, so the right strategy is cultivating stillness. IMHO.
The reason for the rally is the expectations for earnings were too low. Way too low. And shorts had pushed too hard. We will likely reverse at 4000-4120 area.

inflation definitely will slow. It's how long it takes to go back 2% it's the main issue
