    Also,thanks for making some 1hr long ones,some days need a long meditation to wind down if it's been particularly eventful!

    I enjoyed the long gaps and fell asleep after the face part had finished, so no idea what is after... the best outcome for me.

    To anyone who thinks this needs background music.
    You can play any other YT video at the same time as this. There are relaxation music videos that last for 8-12 hours. From snakecharming to classical or very slow, some have rain or river sounds added, as well. This way you can choose the style, the tempo, the volume of the background music.

    Here's the 2nd version :
    (Imho "Radiate that renewing feeling to yourself and others". Might be best to just get used to & comfortable with that state in one's body 1st before imagining anything else…)
    The Heart Lock-In Technique helps you accumulate energy and renew and recharge
    your emotional system with these steps:
    Step 1. Focus your attention in the area of the heart. Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart or chest area, breathing a little slower and deeper than usual.
    Step 2. Activate and sustain a regenerative feeling such as appreciation, care or compassion.
    Step 3. Radiate Radiate that renewing feeling to yourself and others.
    This benefits them and especially helps recharge and balance your own system.
    When you catch your mind wandering, simply refocus your attention on the heart area and
    reconnect with feelings of care or appreciation. After you’re finished, sincerely sustain your
    feelings of care and appreciation as long as you can.
