    I love your recipes. I left Grenada when I was 10 so seeing these recipes brings back great memories. My goal is to try every one of your recipes. YUM! I hope that I don’t gain too much weight. I’m on my beautiful granddaughters site.

    Love adding saltfish, carrots and some of tbe spices pimentoes and a small piece of hot pepper.

    I always add my meat after I saute my seasonings, then add ochro, rice and then pumpkin goes in last, with a hot green pepper on top, for flavour.

    Awesome looks bery palatable. Very same way i cook callaloo, just add a lil piece of ginger. Rosemary is definitely a wonder herb/as seasoning in any pot. No blending like baby dodo 😂great consistency I just love love this ❤❤❤

    Also, you can boil the pigtail and then cut it, much easier.

    I have to research this after watching this video because as far as I know 99.9% of people would wash rice before cooking it. Especially West Indians ( Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados and the rest of the Caribbean). Below is what I have found when researching parboiled rice. Shocking, but then again not so surprising because its not a West Indian that did the research and published the article. However, this chef should follow our rules of thumb and was the darn rice.
    "As a rule of thumb, all non-converted (regular, not parboiled rice) varieties of rice should be washed before cooking. Mauer suggests rinsing until the water runs clear and the rice is rid of excess starch. Converted rice (parboiled rice), however, should not be rinsed.Aug 6, 2014. "

      Paul Yuh Muddah Come Everybody doesn’t rinse their,that starch can be left on the rice. Cooks just the same, just make sure u wash your rice Chile

      talljib it was salted but when you boil it in water as she did in the beginning of the video it removes a lot of the salt

    You need to boil out the salt for a while not for fifteen minutes you are very young.
