I love Swiss chard ! So happy to find this recipe- can’t wait to make it ! Grow beautiful Swiss chard , thank you so much for posting this ! He saying it right 👍
Hi Pasquale! I have some Swiss Chard growing in my garden this year. I'm going to make this recipe for sure! Thanks for sharing this recipe with us. Love your videos!
Oh my goodness are those cavatelli huge! Unless I make them myself I can’t find anything close to those in my area. Frozen are the best I can do, but they’re still yummy! Roma tomatoes bring a flavor all their own. I grow my own rainbow chard and there’s nothing like fresh from the garden to the plate! Mangiare my friend, thank you for sharing 😊
OrsaraRecipes I Love Swiss chard and was looking for more recipes! Thank you so much! Love your cooking and recipes and already made several.... oh my gosh! So good!!!
@@itsjohndell btw friend, i think the difference in the names comes from the fact of where they grow, here in rural kentucky they grow wild so they are called wild rocket, if you plant and harvest in your garden they are called arugula. Same with green onions, scallions here, they are called that if grown and harvested in your garden, but we also have wild green onions and chives that are just found randomly, call them wild onions and wild stem greens, maybe that is where the difference in names came from friend.
My mouth is watering. I forgot to plant some chard this year so I am going to the store for seeds and soon, I will make this dish. I don't buy 'fresh' greens in our local Wal Mart because they are never fresh. They are disgusting.
Oh gawd this looks so good! Yes, looks delicious for sure. "It's a really, really good dish" Oh yeah for sure sure! Swiss chard is always good. Nice big pan of food! Yes, it it is the time to eat! Beautiful recipe. May we add some bottarga to that for an additional flavor? Love you cooking!
He's cracking me up with his enthusiasm. I do something similar but I cook down some cherry tomatoes. I also avoid the Swiss chard stalks but I'm thinking about introducing them next batch
@@itsjohndell the chef said cortecce in a reply to someone else. That's why I rectified my comment instead of just deleting it, this is serious business.
Is this the same chef Pasquale who had his own tv show and cooked in front of a live studio audience and picked two to eat his food after he was done? I think that one sang while he cooked

Great recipe orsara, i really like swiss chard , and sometimes i will add wild rocket to a recipe like this
Just to translate for Yanks rocket is what the UK calls arugala...and sounds like a great addition!
@@itsjohndell a UK call it rocket baby, you confused?
@@itsjohndell yes, it is called arugula also, i'm from southern part of u.s. though, we call northerners yanks in u.s.

Can't you add the leaves straight to the sauce?
Yes, you can it straight into the sauce, but I find it tastes less bitter when I blanch it first, so it is just a taste preference.
