I am Italian, and my parents and grandparents Immigrated from Naples... way back when. Like you, my grandmother and mother were “awesome” Italian cooks. They are long gone now, as I am 66 years old. And the "old ways" in my family, with the single exception of me are all but gone. But when I watch you chef, all of the memories of my family when I was a little boy growing up...flood back into my mind. My Mom taught me how to cook our recipes from Naples, and I do a pretty good job. You are an awesome Chef, I watch all of our videos, and you remind me of my wonderful Italian heritage.
