Despite what Pitt fans think, Pitt is to paraphrase Clint Eastwood “A legend in his ( their own mind.”). They have poor home attendance except for ND, WVA etc, they do not have an on campus stadium and they are fair at best at Football and basketball:

NCSU does nothave a higher academic standing than Pitt. The mere notion is nothing short of ludicrous.
