Hey, I've been bodybuilding for about 3 years now and when I came across the oly lifts was extremely intrigued and fascinated by them and want to learn these lifts. But the problem is I don't have any coaches nearby who could teach me the technicalities of it, what would you suggest I do? Thanks
Charchit Chandavat go check Zack Telander’s channel. Btw, real coach is better, try to find some team in your State and ask them, if they know some coach or weightlifting club nearby. Ps only start English, text,if something wrong
Bodybuilding. Weightlifting by itself doesn't gain you a lot of muscle, even weightlifters do some bodybuilding exercises to bring up their weak areas.
Maybe you can learn hard work and determination? It's been prove that Ped increase performance of only 5% in elite level athlete , it's enough to be champion but not enough to be dumb
@@rudyrich9817 A cheat is a cheat no matter what. Maybe you have missed it, because of cheats and people like you who support bad sportsmanship olympic weightlifting may be not an olympic sport anymore anytime soon. Tables will change, boards will change. But you will still be a hillbilly.
@@markoschie how do you know this guy is cheating? And if so all elite athlete where is money are cheating, so if you are the best, you will be the best the same without. I don't support it, i train natural, but people treat other people in gym of steroid because they don't have progress, but the primary reason is their lack of hardwork, don't look what other do...
