Hello. The FLO Device will be positioned with the arrow pointing in the direction of the flow of water into the dwelling. The shut-off can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical position.

My Moen Flo lasted less than 3 years. No longer getting power, even after ordering a new power supply from Moen. Poorly designed waste of money.
