@@Nobody-Nowhere I’m sorry lad but I’m Dutch and i now because of school 5 languages including mandarin(not all of course) but speaking (with an accent) it’s very easy actually. It has more to do with age and the will and courage to try to speak fluently

Ender 3 with fine tune, UV curing machine (same size as Ender 3) and some glowing powder/glue, laser cut machine, some basic electrical knowledge) :D

can i buy the software to design the letters? But also is there a free trial so i can check it out and make sure its what im looking for?
What is acrylic glue? Any specific brand? Does it have to be uv curable?
Could be easier by printing the bottom plate on the letters with a holes on the bottom for the wires. Than you can pour the resin when your finished with the montage and the lights .
This process is easier.
Well, the letter face is liquid acrylic (You mentioned bottom for it), the letter backer is PVC or metal (that need hole for power hole). Thanks.

Yes, we need to spray some water before we remove the letter .
Hello, what do you use for prevent the sticking of the resin to the glass and what susbstance does the operator pour so the letter release from the surface?
Not resin, but acrylic glue. Easy to fall off after curing

What is the purpose of the red acrylic sheet in the back ? could have used cheaper option instead like pvc ?
Acrylic has good light transmittance and can be used as luminous characters. This material can also reflect light. PVC light transmittance is not good
@@piocreat3d ok. but you already have colored liquid acrylic in the front , so led sticked to pvc could do the back light , or it is mandatory to have acrylic sheet to spread the light ? (cost calculation can be a bit close to old way of making letters )

How long does it last outdoors?
At least 1 years. Stainless Steel letters only grantee for 1 year only.
the way they manufacture those letters a few weeks at best. I've seen videos with open copper cables inside the letters. Also those LED's are not waterproof.
I would never use 3D printed letters outside, left alone inside with soldering like this...terrible.
The technology is good but the manufacturing is bad
