    Idea is good, i tried some of my designs in 3d printing. The only issue is that the heat of neon led strip deforms the printed part very soon. Tried with petg and Abs both with same issue

    • @matu1gaara
      @matu1gaara หลายเดือนก่อน

      Mmm what kind neon led are You using? 6x12 mm 2835 leds don't produce such heat to deform PLA (60°) and Even not remotly close to deform PETG (85°).

      when you create the sketch, you have to do sketch offsets and pick each of the lines you want to offset and I do one on one side and on e on the other side of the line half the thickness of the led strip you are using

    When you cut the light, you don’t check if your are cutting the led ? How do you check the connection between all the cuts ?

    • @muiTDesigns
      @muiTDesigns  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, this led light have a cutting marks every 1 inch and from that you can connect your wire. Perimeter of each letter should be planned so you will know how many inches it will be. Thanks
